I walked in at the time my order said it would be ready and when I informed the girl of my name for my online pickup order, she picked up a smoothie and stated they’re still working on it. After waiting 10 mins watching a bunch of other orders pile up, I decided to take a closer look at the smoothies and the one she picked up initially was mine!! Then it took an additional 2 mins for me to get anyone’s attention (mind you there was at least 7 ppl in the back) because everyone is busy talking not paying any attention to what’s going on up front. I haven’t been to this location in several months but this experience is nothing new.
Service was bad. The workers acted as though they didn't want to be there. Standing around in the back talking to each other. While multiple customers were waiting in the lobby. Then the smoothies didn't taste like usual. They were thick and wouldn't come out the straw. One of them was so packed to the top putting the straw in caused it to waste all over my shirt and pants. Won't be going back here anytime soon.
I just wanted to take the time to write a review to give a shout out to the manager Ethan for helping me with a unfortunate situation. Long story short, both my kids have green light cards that have a program to educate about savings and money-wise decisions. Both of them completed the program and got codes for free 12 oz smoothies. Come to find out you cannot use both codes in the same day. Only one code per day can be redeemed in the app which is unfair because of a person has multiple kids, that leaves a kid out of getting a free smoothie. Ethan heard my plea and was helpful enough to discount the smoothie so both kids could be happy. I appreciate managers who go above and beyond and still listen to help make customers happy. If tropical smoothie corporate ceases, maybe revised the rules so multiple codes can be used in the same time. Especially for families with multiple kids
I ordered the super green chicken wrap. First off, it was 95% lettuce and 5% chicken. No cheese and no dressing. I felt like i was eating poison. Food department needs to come in and make sure that chicken is edible. It was the worst sandwich I’ve ever had. That wrap was hot. Who wants that sandwich hot. Its like a Cesar wrap but hot The service was great and that’s it. The people that work there need to try and test that food. I threw it out.
It’s National Flip Flop Day - no purchase necessary but they did request a cancer donation so it was worth the cause! There was / is a line and it’s only between 2 & 7 and you gotta have on flip flops!!!
Y’all, we did use lotion but apparently the ash absorbed it all!! Lol …embarrassing but funny yet I enjoyed my smoothie regardless!
Wonderful Customer Service from the staff. currently they can only take cash and they are still nice and polite even with the difficulties. Plus the food and smoothies was still perfect as usually good job!!!
Last year this was a 5 star review. Today I order what I always do and get to work to see my wrap that should have chicken, eggs, sauce, and tomatoes (I leave spinach off) only has chicken and sauce. I call and the person on the phone says they will refund me but is very condescending. More like a taquito than a wrap. Since he seemed to doubt the mistake here are pictures.
Came in for their Watermelon Mojito. The place is clean and got my drink very quickly. The lady took my order was friendly. The Watermelon Mojito was just what I have expected with a hint of mint after taste.
