Tell me....would you eat this? I ordered a bacon All American wrap. Initially, I thought my bacon was forgotten because it was so flat, but after further examination, I noticed that my bacon was severely undercooked. The menu showed cooked bacon, but I received warmed, undercooked bacon. I returned my wrap and replaced it with a sausage all american wrap. I ate the wrap in the car and drove to the grocery store behind that location, however, my stomach began to feel queasy. I tried to shake it off, so I parked and began to walk towards the store, but had to quickly run back to my car so I could vomit discretely. I don't know what happened but my body immediately rejected what I ate. I will not eat from that location again.
This location is the worst, the employees here have no manners. And take a look at this piece of tomato that I got in my flatbread over drenched in ranch???? Never retuning.
My açaí bowl was frozen like it was premade! Coconut flakes were hard… very horribly put together
Update: the açaí bowl got me sick! Never again, I should of knew by the smell when I walk in they wasn’t sanitary
After placing an online order, walking into This location to pick up my order, I was not greeted by any of the staff at the pickup area. I then made my way to the cashier and told them I was picking up my order. After about 20 minutes, I was provided my acai bowl and given a complimentary free coupon which expired on December 21st 2023. The issue here in my opinion is a lack of efficiency and urgency. I understand staff gets overwhelmed but communicating that would have been greatly appreciated rather than aimlessly standing waiting for an update.
03/12/2024-I decided to try the Detox Island Green Smoothie and purchased a “ Strawberry Edible Straw”. Yum! Yum! Yum! Not to mention I was feeling kind of nasally!!!! ????????
I’ve been waiting in the drive thru line for more than 45 min I would’ve left if it wasn’t people behind me. Each car that made it to the speaker to talk sat there for a good 10+ min it was as if the person taking the order was making the orders too. Unacceptable. I kept being told “sorry for the wait I just need one more second” won’t be returning
Update: still waiting well over an hour.
Dirty tables and trash-laden environment. The employee prepping my green avocalada smoothie looked at it with disgust. My side apple was unwashed - still had the Granny Smith label on it. Did they wash what went into my smoothie? Unfriendly employees, inadequate communication during order placement. I will never return to this location.
Every time I come here the drive thru takes 15+ minutes! Today I have sat in drive thru for 30 minutes!!! Then when I get to the window they said they did not have my order!!! And I had to wait an additional 10 minutes! All I ordered was a wrap!
I had to cancel my class because I was stuck in the freaking drive thru!
The General Manager should be ashamed and embarrassed for such terrible employee operations! This is a reflection of poor leadership and lack of training.
Either fire everyone and hire better help or train them asap! There is no excuse for this level of lack of professionalism
