I recently put in an order, I had specifically requested lettuce be removed from my wrap. I receive my order that was delivered to me and clearly your employees do not follow directions because lettuce was on there. I normally wouldn’t say anything but the lettuce looked like it went bad 2 days ago. It was revolting I couldn’t even finish the wrap. There is a reason I had requested no lettuce! Also every single side item was missing from the ENTIRE order. The employees really need to pay attention and do their job correctly, I have worked at a tropical smoothie as well as other restaurants I know mistakes happen, but at that point you start over making the item CORRECTLY! I know they don’t care but what if they aren’t paying attention again and put and ingredient on when asked not to and someone has an allergic reaction. Please just pay attention!
The Best Tropical Smoothie in the 757. All of the employees are so friendly and helpful and there are a lot of employees at this location. The dining area is larger than any other Tropical Smoothie I have been in. A large group of teens and adults was there today.
MOLD. Order my smoothies. Waited 20 minutes. People behind us receiving order's before mine, went to ask about it and before I could even ask someone just said it's coming nothing more. But the worst part was we ended up throwing them out once they poured them and we saw the inside of the lids. They are covered in mold. How could you give a 2 year old a smoothie from that. Wanted my money back but they wouldn't even come to the counter to to talk. Wasted 20 bucks.

As someone who has worked in the service industry for 5 years I can’t even fathom how this place is still open. I have received horrible service time and time again. This location in particular will give you attitude just for walking in to place an order. The smoothies are almost always a juice consistency as they do not care about quality. The last time I went in it happened to be 30 minutes before they closed and the kid making the sMoothies tossed the straws at me. I have experienced this on several accounts at great neck location and it is why my family will drive the extra 10 minutes to another location rather than use this one which is within walking distance. I’m not usually one to complain but everything I get from here is always messed up and the workers are extremely rude.
I drive out of my way to go to this location! I really enjoy the way the smoothies and food is prepared here than the location closest to me. The location is clean, the staff is professional and they care about how my meal is prepared. And I'm glad the hummus veggie wrap is back!
Have only been to this location a couple of times but the Staff,as well as the food, are terrific! I was particularly impressed with the cashier's today, August 11th between 11am-1pm.. wish I caught the names, but just extremely helpful and efficient and truly appreciate the extra mile the staff at this location puts in to the customers!!
This location is great!! The staff is so friendly and helpful. I only come to this location now. Tbh all other locations have a weird smell to me and my nose is super sensitive. This one smells like a regular store and I absolutely love that about them. They always use fresh ingredients and make their food and drinks with care. I’ve been to some where it was messy wrapped up or smoothie spilled on side, etc. NOPE ???????? not this location at all. Mariah and Wanda always are friendly and have great suggestions on new smoothies for me to try and they choices haven’t failed me yet! Thanks ladies! Their customer service skills are exceptional and they truly greet everyone that comes in to the store. Some places fall short but no matter how busy they are they always make sure their customers get the help and attention they need.
