Asked for an acai berry blast, it was so fresh that got a SPLINTER IN MY MOUTH! from the branch of a tree they shreeded in there. Ofcourse when i asked why there were wood chips in my drink. I was told it was a stem from a blueberry. NO REFUND, NO REMAKE, just looked at as if i was the idiot for complaining about WOODCHIPS in my drink.
Let me make this clear, it wasnt a stem, doesnt look like a stem, its all over the drink!
My first time going to a Tropical Smoothie Cafe (was lured in by the free smoothie promotion for Flip Flop day), and what a pleasant experience from start to finish! Came for the free smoothies, but also ordered the corn jalapeño side and it was delicious. I only wish they offered a larger portion size of it, because I could easily eat 3 or 4 of those. The free Island Punch Smoothie was also fantastic and I can't wait to go back to try some of the other flavors. Very friendly employees and atmosphere.. I will make this my go-to location for future visits.
Amazing super kind people helped me today at drive-thru! The new Acai Bowl was very delicious, fresh, and so healthy! I will definitely come again.
Stopped in here and was served some delicious food very quickly! The Caribbean wrap was delicious, juicy, and perfectly paired with the kale bowl. The peanut butter smoothie was great and fair for the price and speed it got put out.
For under $20, it was healthy and good tasting!
I got my food at this restaurant and I elected to get a banana for my side. When I was ready to eat the banana, I noticed it wasn’t good (see attached pictures). I showed it to one of the employees. This guy told me that’s how they receive them from the company without making an effort to get me another one. He then proceeded to tell me, he would eat it if he were me smh. It’s ridiculous. I couldn’t believe how he handled the situation. I just drove away. They won’t see me there again for sure. Ridiculous smh.
Hands down the worst tropical smoothie location, I end up having to throw away my food every other trip as I hate mayo and clearly order without, but they somehow seem to miss the fact the ticket says no mayo. Now I am out a lunch today. I shouldn't have to hold up the line to verify my food is correct before returning to work. Also depending on the employee, they shove the card reader out the window and awkwardly ask for a tip. its fast food and you want a 20% tip?
Kinda smells funky at this place. Food is okay, but Tropical Smoothie needs to work on their menu, it's just barely passable. Takes quite a while for orders to be ready. It's all just okay.
This was my first time at Tropical Smoothie Cafe, and it was really good. I had a smoothie that contained bananas and it was really good. It satisfied my hunger and my sweet tooth all at the same time! So the sandwich that I got was a chicken ciabatta sandwich and it was really good but I had to save it for the next day because smoothie satisfied my hunger.
