Normally I would give the Navarre, FL Tropical Smoothie a 5 star review, I have been going there for many years with no issues. But recently and especially today I have been disappointed. My husband always gets a sunrise sunset and the past 3 or 4 times he has gotten it that it has been upsetting. It just doesn't taste right, like the mangos or orange juice or something they are using just isn't ripe. And today they forgot the sauce that comes with my quesadilla. As well as my smoothie has chunks of white plastic in it. MANY CHUNKS. Idk what they blended up in my smoothie because it tastes fine but has these chunks in it. So neither of us got to drink our smoothies today. I'm very disturbed at what is going on there lately. We will not be returning, at least for a while, in the hopes that yall straighten it out.
I work in the plaza and come in almost everyday for my lunch. The associates are always friendly and happy and prompt with my order and even go so far as to bring me my order if they’re not too busy. They do get pretty slammed and seem a little understaffed sometimes. Recently I’ve noticed the AC has not been working for some time.A few weeks. It is TOO WARM in there. One girl remade my smoothie out of the kindness of her heart for me just recently because it had melted before I could come and pick it up. Those kids work really hard making our food and deserve to be comfortable while doing so.

7-20-22: smoothie time (but still out of blueberries- don’t know why they are so hard to get at this location) anyway subbed out for strawberries and a side flatbread peanut butter banana crunch wrap.
4-5-2022: for breakfast a peanut butter flat bread and all the goodness!

2-17-2022 Love my tropical smoothies - and they open up before most other fast food breakfast places as well. Better for me and taste great. I miss the old app though; I could order and pay for it before leaving home and it would be ready. So now I just wait in the drive thru (Marissa was very quick though) so it’s okay.
Avoid this place. Got a beach bum and it tasted horrible. I’ve had it at multiple different locations and the one I had here tasted way different. One employee was extremely rude about it too.
Got treated like a freak for the crime of asking for a sticker to seal up a customer’s food, had the stickers waved at me and was told to just “fold the bag over”.
The rest of the staff is lovely, but that team lead was something else. ????
My Jamaican Jerk Chicken wrap was frozen in the middle, and when I asked for a fork, the server with the nose ring just simply said “we don’t have any” like it’s just a regular thing at a restaurant. Very poor service. I think maybe having an adult in the premises might help with better customer service
I never leave reviews but I’m super disappointed. We came in at 7:30 on a Wednesday when they close at 9. As soon as we walked in, the blonde girl with a blue hat and a red Nike sweatshirt looked back at her other coworker, Katie, she was sweeping, rolled her eyes, and said “I’ll be right with you” with a very rude attitude. Then Katie threw the broom down so dramatically we almost walked out right then. Then another family came in and the blonde cashier made the same smirk and attitude but this time let out a huge sigh, like it was an inconvenience to come in an hour and a half before closing time. She walks away from counting the drawer while money is spread out all over the counter and they start laughing and whispering in each others ears and then continue to make snobby looks and comments as others walked in the door to eat here. I feel like if y’all are going to hire young high schoolers, they need to at least be respectful and have better customer service. I’ll go to the other location from now on if that’s how they are gonna treat people.
Best smoothie and turkey sandwich I've had in a long time.
