Best smoothie I’ve had in a while. Great customer service as well! An employee named Leann made my smoothie & was super sweet & helpful with add-in recommendations. She even made sure I left with napkins when I decided to take my smoothie to go at the last minute and I’m glad she offered me some because halfway home I got rear ended on the highway & my smoothie flew and smacked against my windshield. I will definitely be returning but will most likely finish my smoothie there next time & maybe even try one of the wraps she recommended.
Please excuse some of these false reviews. They are coming from previous employees & their friends. These previous employees were terminated & cannot move on.
Leann is a fantastic employee that does her job & never causes any problems. She’s pleasant to the guests & the staff.
I have started coming here more often, it's on my way home from the gym. Convenient, fast, and quick meal. Download the app, scan receipts earn free smoothies, and do the surveys for discounted smoothies. Never had any problems or long waits. The staff has always been friendly.
Food was amazing as usual, I frequent this trop. Their new sweet potatoes are amazing. And some sweet soul working there around 4pm today put a heart on my order that made me smile ☺️
Controlled chaos is best describes our first visit. First the parking at 1:30pm was a challenge as one visitor with a pickup truck and trailer took up 5 spots. Got inside and no seating due to the virus. Not everyone wore a mask and no wiping of the surface areas so 0 ???? for that as well as past seating was pushed into the corners with a sign not to sit or use but people were leaning on and needed cleaning or removal. Menu Board is small difficult to read with hard to read descriptions and prices 3 ????. At the time we entered our order for the Thai Chicken Wrap and 2 Smoothies the place began to fill and the 2 employees were struggling to keep up. 2 additional employees showed up and things got moving 3 ????. Now the food. The filling for the Wrap was good but the Wrap was one tough hard to bite and chew so 4 ???? for that. We ordered 2 Smoothies and both were as expected smooth and tasty so 5 ????. Overall it was a good stop but not sure a real come back over and over for us.
Will never go back to this location. Run by a bunch of kids who have no idea what they are doing. The wait for a smoothie was 20 mins when there was one other person in the store. Ridiculous.
If I could I would leave a ZERO STAR review! ???? This lady named lean that works there was being so rude to all the customers, she looked like she was on drugs, she looked so high and has NO PATIENCE! She just so disgusting and disrespectful. This employee needs to be fired immediately!!!! ????????????
These guys are legends…
They (Jordan & Cadan) made my food & smoothie super quick 30 minutes before they closed. Then walking out I hit the counter and spilled the smoothie all over the ground. They refused to let me clean it up and made me a new one immediately. These guys are legends.
