Don’t waste your time or money. Stopped by for lunch. The wrap was mostly tiny and mostly dressing. They charged 25 cents for tap water and then failed to provide it. Staff is rude and they want a tip at payment. Store has flies and gnats! This place deserves to go out of business.
Came here today on Oct 14th 2:10 pm ordered two smoothies and they were terrible just tasted like protein and ice no flavor what so ever went back through the drive-through to tell them about the smoothie and they said they did everything they could and they can’t help me. Peanut Paradise.
I’ll never come here again. I’ve been in the drive thru waiting for the line to move for 7 minutes. There was only one car in front of me. It took 3 minutes to even come onto the speaker to take my order. I’m currently waiting on the car in front of me to get their items and the total I’ve waited start to finish was 15 minutes. THIS IS FAST FOOD. THIS IS RIDICULOUS. There’s no excuses to why this is taking so long. I seen people go in and out faster than they worked the drive thru. It took 3 minutes for Tropical Smoothie to even take the guys payment in front of me.
Do not visit here if you’re in a rush. It’s not worth it.
The staff here was super friendly and efficient. Restroom was clean, something I always look at before eating. My order was not made as the ticket specified but I found someone who needed a free meal. My smoothie was delicious and flavorful.
I ordered a salad for a reason I wanted a cold item not HOT food. It took for ever for them to make my order and then this is what I get. I've called repeatedly and I still can't get anybody to answer the phone.
The staff is very friendly, and quick. Ask about the secret menu.
I have seen all the Karen's on here complaining about this or that, trying to have a full custom order during the lunch rush, please pay them no attention, they are full of it. The staff at this Location are human, they do their best to get to everyone as quickly as possible. So be respectful, and kind.
MANAGEMENT IS HORRIBLE!! Treat employees HORRIBLE! Kaselyn was AMAZING and never stopped working or moving entire time we stood in lobby waiting to speak with MANAGEMENT!!
I like Tropical, but this location is consistently slow. If you’re waiting 30 minutes, is the food really fast? Would not recommend.
