Horrible service from heavy set guy with big hat on! Super unfriendly. Having this experience is becoming normal at this location and the grovetown location. Just ordered at 7:28. Label says server is the manager. Wow! Other employees were much friendlier. Cudos to them!
Always love Tropical Smoothie. Today of all days Mother’s Day, the young lady on the end, 1st did not greet us and then I couldn’t hear what she was saying and then she was like “what” with a frown and mad face. Not at all what I am used to. We come here all of the time.
I placed a curbside order this week. We received none of our salsas, to include the extra I paid for, and they left off two of our sides; the slaw and Sun Chip. I am honestly shocked at how much they just left off. This was a curbside pickup; did no one double-check the order (rhetorical question)?! I realized, as I came here to write this review, that I had already written one criticizing their curbside service (really lack thereof) THREE years ago! I guess not much has changed. I've included a screenshot of that review since I had to delete it to write this one.
Nice enough employees. But when the label says what you ordered, and they clearly didn’t even bother to read it when making it? Not worth the money spent or tip left. People aren’t always being difficult to be difficult, sometimes they do it because they need it made a certain way for health reasons.
The new bowls look premade and are frozen solid when you get them. I recommend smoothie king smoothie bowls much more. They also don’t do curb side because no one answers the phone.
I order 3 smoothies initially but only received 2. I then order another smoothie the same way and it was bland! I hate spending $10 on something and it’s not what I asked for. If the traffic wasn’t so bad I would have taken it back.

My youth group went here before they closed one night. The employees were extremely rude. The employees probably wanted to go home early. They messed up our order and would not fix it because they said they were closed. I was GOING to leave a one star review, but for whatever reason I forgot. The next week our youth group paid for us to go again. While we were there, we struck up a conversation with a lady. She was the nicest and sweetest lady on earth! Turns out she was the owner. After she found out the outreach we were doing in the community she decided to give us all smoothies on the house! It was very interesting to see the same rude employees now making our smoothies for free... and happily. After that, we continued to come back all summer long. That owners act of kindness towards us won faithful customers. Even if the employees are not the greatest, we will always remember the owner!
