Went to enjoy a smoothie and wrap today, I got all the way home to bite into my dry wrap! Dry! I ordered the Jamaican Jerk wrap and there was no sauce!!! The sauce makes it a Jerk wrap!! Pay attention to your orders! It’s not hard to follow instructions at work!
I placed two smoothie orders around 7 PM on 8/28/22 via the Tropical Smoothie app. Upon arrival, it was not clear if this cafe was open, even though they were open online. There was a sign posted on the door that “We aren’t serving Food today. Sorry for the inconvenience. -management.” The open sign was also off. I called the cafe to see if they were open, but the employee inside did not answer. Based on this, I left without any smoothies and reached out via the app about my recent visit and received a lackluster response from the operations manager as if this was my fault. In the future, maybe make it more clear that the cafe is open. For example, stating that while the cafe is not serving food today, we are taking smoothie orders. We apologize for the inconvenience. This clarification would help since most people come to tropical smoothie for….smoothies. Also, encourage your employees to answer the phone especially when the cafe is not busy.
You can come and get a healthy meal and not have to worry about what you can and can not eat. The service is usually ok but sometimes it can be slow. And since it is a popular spot the lines can sometimes be long. The smoothies are great!
Asked for no tomato on a super green cesar wrap 3 different times and 3 times it came with tomato.
If I could give No stars I would the cashier sage was very rude and unprofessional I asked a question she went to on to roll her eyes walk behind the wall and talked mess with another coworker…. Once she got to the manager Stacy she rolled her eyes and gave nasty body language and told her she’s not in the mood…. This is not the first bad experience I have had at this location so this time I asked for the franchise owners information Stacy proceeded to tell me I’m not giving out Matles information this place is awful the last time I was here they haven’t cleaned the front or back area they were also handling food without gloves never again will I spend money with this particular franchise
I went to order a smoothie (forgot which kind) and a Buffalo sandwich but they actually couldn't except bills over $50 so I couldn't afford to get the sandwich lol so obviously it's kinda expensive, just like every tropical smoothie. Employees are usually pretty quick and they're always nice
The girl Caitlin that works there was using chemicals wiping out an area where food containers were. She was asked to make the smoothies and proceeded to not wear gloves and then touch the bananas with her chemical filled hands. Disgusting and unsanitary as well as cross contamination as well. This place needs to train their employees better. I see servsafe certificates up on the wall but her name isn't on there. The health department needs to investigate.
They're really fast, despite being continuous ly busy. The food is so fresh. They have a Thai chicken salad and wrap that makes it easy to eat healthier.
