I ordered at the wrong location so i called to cancel and get refunded. The lady over the phone proceeded to tell me she didnt know how and there was no manager on duty. She gave me the number to her manager and said i could call them if id like. Is responded “since its your manager cant you call and have him show you how to void the order? Then call me when done?” No call back. I call the day after with the same response over the phone, “no manager, and i dont know how, heres the number to our manager”
Im honestly baffled. As somebody that works in the service industry, you can simply just get a code to void the order. And if not, there should be a manager on duty. It shouldnt take 5 buisness days for me to get ahold of somebody that knows how to refund an order that was never even picked up. Has gone on for two days now Tommorow being the third. Its extremely frustrating, and i expect compensation.
My friend and I ordered smoothies but were shocked at how a fruit smoothie could be over 400 calories. While waiting I looked at the nutrition information on the website and saw that with Splenda it decreases the calories by half. They confirmed when asked that they add sugar to the smoothie (literally defeats the purpose of having a smoothie). Who adds 200 calories worth of sugar to a smoothie? This is insane.
Love tropical smoothie. They mess up my order quite frequently at this location so check your order before you leave the store. Store is small but clean!
Always messed up orders and 1 time you get a great wrap made right the next time it looks like it was stopped together by a 4 year old
I think this place is great and is a fantastic option to the limited fast food places in the area like Wendy’s. I enjoy all of the smoothies I have tried.
I have ordered online more than a dozen times and both the food and service were excellent each time. It is perfect for me to grab a quick lunch when working in Osprey.
I’ve also tried several of their food options and my favorite is the Caribbean jerk chicken bowl. It’s great!
I recommended this place to my parents in Nokomis who now also go here very often. A+ from me!
The people were very nice. I ordered a strawberry, banana, mango smoothie with no added sugar. The drink tasted like ice with a tiny bit of fruit flavor. When I order this at smoothie king, it is delicious; you can really taste all of the fruit.
I love these smoothies! Very yummy! This is the first time I tried the food and I found there to be lots of good options. It's nice to have a choice other than the normal burgers and tacos.
I got the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and it was a bit spicy and very flavorful!
The place is nice and clean and service is good and friendly.
Very clean and and vibrant design. The staff is friendly and provide prompt service. Location has a drive through which is super convenient for guests. The food and smoothies are consistent and absolutely tasty! I had the chicken pesto and island punch smoothie. We will be back.
