Best KPortal Reviews
Hands down the best plain ol American coffee I've ever had at a restaurant . I don't know what they do but it's DELICIOUS. Great service and atmosphere too !! Good prices , yummy ice cream. My French fries were really good too
Had a little dinner date after practice with my mini, everything was delicious our eyes were bigger than our tummies so plenty of leftovers we were shocked at the giant chicken tenders super friendly staff and laid back family atmosphere perfect for all ages we will definitely be back with the rest of the family!
We were there 4/8 around 4pm or so. Took my son, my sister and her 3 kids here for ice cream. We walked in and waited to be acknowledged, this took 10 minutes. While waiting for our order to be taken, the woman kept glancing around like she was lost. She rang half the order up, then proceeded to go help the guy in the kitchen then helped the cashier. She walked away again after taking credit card to disappear in the back to grab about 10 pens to put in her apron. Meanwhile none of the 4 items have been started that we ordered nor has she asked to take order for the rest of it. Another family has already walked in and left by now because it’s now been 20 minutes since I walked into the place and still have received nothing I ordered. I can literally tell you everything we ordered that took 40 minutes to receive from walking in, to walking out. 1 hot fudge sundaes (ice cream and fudge is all that came one it) 2 pup cups (just ice cream) a brownie sundae, an Oreo flurry, peanut butter sundae (just ice cream and some nasty peanut butter) 2 ice cream cones. All the time we waited there was a gallon of milk sitting in the sun on the counter, lady left to go get a crate full of soft serve to put in machine, 3 customers left for not being acknowledged at all. Then to top off the whole experience there was no napkins out and none were offered to us. Never going back. We thought it was better with new ownership but boy were we wrong!
The new owners took over… So I erased my old review for the restaurant. Now Kreamland gets 5 stars.. the other food was good….hot dog wasn’t…it tasted like thick rubber!! The other Kreamland had better hot dogs and coneys. prices are reasonable.
I called and ordered our food on the phone and picked it up conveniently in the drive thru. There wasn’t a long wait and they were nice, however, I haven’t seen the inside yet…. it was a Friday night and wanted to relax at home. I’m thrilled that Kreamland is open again, new owners, newly renovated, clean and still in the community of Navarre! I was hoping they still had the Hershey’s Marshmallow???? Overload ice cream they had before. no such luck…maybe that’s a good thing though. I think the sever said they have a different supplier of ice cream than the other owners. I think Hersheys was the only company that made it???? I’m sure I’ll find a different flavor to love..they have many to choose from! ???? ????
Stopped by with the wife and daughter. There was only 1 other couple there on a Sunday afternoon.
I ordered the coney dog with onions. It was good.
My wife ordered a single burger and was dry and a little ehh!! ( best way to explain it I guess)and her fries were like super tough. And the daughter got the fried vegetables. That is where it went real bad. The mushrooms were so over cooked that they were so dark brown. The taste was about the worst. I told the young server and all the reply I got back was OK. My wife explained to me that is what happens when the grease needs changed in the fryer. I never worked in a restaurant were I was involved in cooking.
The bill was not addressed to compensate not eating them at all. But I like the atmosphere of the old time ice cream shop. Just a shame we had an issue visiting.
The online menu says the Tuesday Special is an open faced meatloaf sandwich. The don't serve meatloaf.
The sign on the front of the building says hamburgers are $1.50. So does the menu. They charge $6.50.
They don't have iced tea because Pepsi didn't bring it. They are under new management and the menu prices don't count because the tech guy is in the backroom changing them on the waitress' tablet as we order. But hey, the $5 order of fries is only $3 right now. And then the other waitress had to come out and explain things to us as if our waitress couldn't.
The very warm creamy chicken was good. The Chicago Dog, while not exactly Chicago was very good. The fries were great with vinegar. The chocolate ice cream was delicious. I can't blame the waitress for their problems so she got a fair tip. Her service was good. The one and only handicap spot is right next to the door but the parking lot has a serious slant right there so it is not a great situation. Even with the higher prices and questionable problems of management change, we'll likely give them another try after giving them time to fix things.
Ordered to go. I’m not one to complain about a business … but my bill was $51.03 and the food was terrible, with little quality. Cheese sticks were ice cold. Maybe 10 fries? there was hardly any, they tasted old old, and full of grease. Ordered a fish sandwich, it was greasy as could be. Grilled cheese was black on the sides. The first time we went when they opened with new owners- it was great & cheap! not anymore :( (to be fair, i live 6 mins away, so the food should have been fresh still!)
Such a cute fun spot. Diner like vibes with great ice cream too. Great night to take the whole family ????
