Sherrie is literally the BEST. She has made multiple cakes for our events - and knocks it out of the park every single time. It’s not only delicious but absolutely beautiful.
Stopped in by chance and I'm beyond happy that we did. I'm from Jersey and I never expected any pizza from Massachusetts to come close to us. This pizza came close. They've been open for 100 years. They know what they are doing. The only thing I would prefer is cooking the sauce down and less sugar. However probably the best slice to get in town!! This place is a must!

I am very biased because this is where I've gone since I was born.
If someone says Italian bread, this is what I think of.
That being said, I was a little disappointed. Service was excellent. Bakery is exactly as I remember it (except they no longer tie the boxes with the red and white string).
My problem? I read the ingredients. Too many inflammatory oils and soy flour and other ingredients I don't remember in the bread.
So I must learn to make my own dough and Italian bread from now on.
We don't eat these things too often but now I feel bad purchasing them.
Sad.
This place is amazing! First of all, the food is just Delicious. Everything is made even more incredible because of the people. Such a community feel with the most engaging and kind staff. It is a throwback to yesteryear in terms of pride in craftsmanship and customer service. It’s no wonder the place has been around for so many generations, as it is emblematic of how successful companies and communities thrive. I’ve been recommending it to so many people for the past 24 hours since my visit and think that everyone should stop here or make it a destination!
Have them bake your next birthday cake. You will not regret it.
We went to get a birthday cake for our 13 year-old son. Dealt with the manager who was wonderful and arranged for the cake to be ready the next day.
We also took home some of their snowflake which were also lovely.
The only thing I could ask is that they do some vegan cup cakes :-)
Most of what we got was good. The cookies were amazing! The strawberry short cake was awesome! Elephant ear was awesome, nice and crispy and sugary! Reesie enjoyed her doggie cannoli. Hubby really liked his cannoli, they fill and put toppings on when you order them. We were not impressed by the lobster rolls, the filling was not good. The Bismark was terrible, the filling was good, the pastry was not, it was very dry. The cream puff was pretty good. Could have been crisper. The cream horns were disappointing, they needed to be more flakey and needed to be crispier.
