I held a book club event here and the venue and service were brilliant.
The venue feels spacious with a great vibe, and the bespoke vegetarian catering we were offered was great too.
Staff were also friendly and they helped ensure the event ran smoothly.
I would definitely recommend Triple Two if you want to hold your own events.
Great music, good hits, super kind and welcoming staff, the fruit porridge is incredible for it's cost, healthy and nutritious, filling and inspired, highly recommend.
My friend and I decided to try out Triple Two coffee shop in The Mall. We ordered a cappuccino and salted caramel macchiato latte. I love how spacious the place is. Nicely decorated and huge windows with a lots of brightness. There’s enough room to hangout and relax. Some people where sitting and studying because the place was quiet and comfortable.

We visit this place for first time and our experience are overall good/ average.We order large latte and oreo frappe. Frappe taste nice and latte was good to. Taste was nice and strong. Only minus was there dont have semi skimmed milk, they have only skimmed or full fat. Also the time we visit was very chaotic inside. While where there was still open was loud kids inside and the staff was putting together new menu board. These things shoud be done after you close. Also it is kinda hot inside special behind the big open window part. This place can be very nice coffee shop just need lots improvement and better organization and air conditions.
Had a pumpkin spice latte. Coffee is delicious. Much better than the big chain coffee brands. Staff very friendly. Lots of vegan options. Seating area is clean and comfortable. Will definitely visit again!
Triple Two? More like Triple Poo! Walked in with my family to have a nice sweet ending to our day out in Luton. I had checked the reviews, after reading such great things about the food, drinks and customer service, we decided to be slightly adventurous avoiding the classic Chaiiwala and Heavenly Desserts. I noticed how eerie the cafe looked, almost as if they were ready to close up for the day. Not wanting to be rude, I asked the barista when they’d be closing, 8pm he responded. Bear in mind, we walked in at 6:00/6:10 - plenty of time for us to have a nice drink and relax a little before heading home. The first red flag was the barista himself, rubbing and scratching at his head as if to say our order is an in convenience for him. I ignored it, I can understand it’s not easy serving customers constantly but the place was empty, we were his only customers. We had ordered two matcha lattes with coconut milk, a salted caramel frappe, a Biscoff frappe and a hot white chocolate. We waited excitedly for our drinks and admired the interior. Once the drinks came the disappointment settled in us all. The first sip of a drink, especially such sweet ones we had ordered, should almost punch your taste buds immediately. We had ordered such a different range of drinks to really get a feel of the menu but the frappes were ice and milk, the hot white chocolate was pure milk and matcha lattes were bitter, which was a true reflection the service that we received. There was no thought or care put in whilst making the drinks. I had spent £20 on drinks that night and not one of us finished the drinks. A disgusting end to such a wonderful evening out with my family. Thank you for ruining our day in Luton.
If you are after good quality and a better service, head over to Esquires or Chaiiwala - better drinks, better price point and Esquires do a 10% student discount all year round.

Amazing coffee very nice people. The environment is also very to do work and coding with their coffee
