The people are nice and they do the job quickly, the parts department is good and well stocked but the prices are exorbitant, to change a tire that took 15 minutes, having my own spare tire,they charged me $125.00 when before it was only $60.00, for other jobs They are good but not for the tires.
Our truck was leaking some DEF fluid and we needed someone with more knowledge to take a quick look and see if it could be quickly fixed or was at least safe enough to get us the rest of the way home. We were rudely told they "only had 3 techs" and so they couldn't help us..go anywhere but here if you need assistance.
Very very honest people. I asked for forced regen and agreed on $65. Mechanic works 15 minutes on my truck and showed me all problems that exist with my EGR. regen stops after 2 minutes and did not work and he DID NOT CHARGE ME ANYTHING. HONESTY STILL EXISTS????

We have a western star. we've been having problems with the MIL light coming on/off for about a month. we kept trying to get in to a Freightliner to diagnose it but no one could get us in for 2 or 3 days(same ol story for freightliner!)
I saw this place driving by and took a chance stopping in. Sure glad I did, they hooked it up the computer right away, found the problem, fixed it and we were out in an hour!! they are AMAZING. Now I will always stop here on my way through and I am done with freightliner. WE WONT USE THE F (freightliner) WORD ANYMORE!!!
