Food is delicious! Hookah is great you won’t regret it. The server is amazing especially Karena she is very friendly supper knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. Overall a Great atmosphere. My favorite spot in Jax.
I've lived in Florida my whole life and I've lived in Jacksonville for about 8 years now. I have been going to Trio Lounge for the last 4 years and I fell in love with them. You could go anytime and experience a superior hookah experience of elegance and class. They are by far the best hookah lounge I have ever had the pleasure of going to and am blessed to be a regular attendee here. The staff are both beautiful and have 5 star customer service. The ambience is a vibe of modernism but foundational in its European influence. And lastly the food is delicious and presented with the energy of a passionate chef. For the price, you are looking at about 30-50$ a hookah but you get the ultimate experience in class and atmosphere. The working class professionals and everyday tourist can relax here alike. Come to Trio and become part of the family. You're going to love it.
Karina is the absolute best! I cannot say enough good about her. I have never smoked hookah before so she took the time to explain all of the flavors and the process for me. Will definitely return because of her service.
Trio is my go to spot, when I'm not busy with my clients, I drop in from time to time. The service and food is great. The hookahs are top tier!! Soto makes amazing coffee, so if you're a coffee lover request him you can't go wrong.

I've been a regular at Trio, mainly for their Hookah and Green Tea, which have consistently been delightful. All thanks to Soto for his exceptional hospitality, Soto has been the gem making each visit memorable. But today, I decided to switch my usual Green Tea with a Macchiato, and I'm thrilled I did. It was, without exaggeration, the best Macchiato I've ever had.
I later discovered that Soto has been a barista for over 10 years, and it was no surprise given the quality of the coffee. The Macchiato was perfectly balanced, showcasing his mastery.
If you are looking for a place that offers great coffee, soothing hookah, relaxing ambiance, and outstanding service, Trio is the spot. And when you do visit, make sure to ask for Soto; you'll be in for a treat.
We enjoyed our time at Trio! Karina was an excellent server and provided phenomenal recommendations for our hookah. Just off of our experience alone with her, we will definitely be back.
The hookah, drinks, and food were all amazing.Our server, Karina, was the absolute best! She was so informative, kind, and attentive. We loved her!! Will be coming back again soon :)
