This may sound strange but Trini Chinese food is completely different, and better tasting than Chinese fast food. The other complication is that it is pretty difficult to find an authentic Trini Chinese food business in South Florida. Trini's Chinese Bites could not have been any harder to find, but was well worth the exploration.
Since my MCL damage I have had to return to Total Orthopedic for my progress to be reviewed by the doctor. After a visit, I searched for food in the area and was excited to find this restaurant.
It is a takeout only establishment but the area is clean and there is a clear view of the kitchen, so you can see all the tasty delights getting prepared. The staff is very friendly and welcoming, and able to answer any questions you might have about the menu. I love that smell of fresh, well seasoned food being prepared in front of you. The menu is full of local (Trinidad) favorites, like Char Sui Kai Fan and Pepper Chicken, and sides as well. The portions are huge, tasty, and mouthwatering. Everything was cooked to perfection and the wait time was very short. The fried rice had the taste and flavor of the Dragon (Wok Hey), a thing that sets Chinese food places apart from each other. I only wish there were a bit more vegetables in there.
As I will have many more trips to the doctor until I am fully healed, I will be back to Trini's Chinese Bites until I have tried everything on the menu. Hope to see you there.

The best Caribbean Chinese food. The food is always fresh and delicious. The prices are affordable. Definitely a must try!
Went there expecting traditional Chinese food but was surprised at the menu. Decided to just try something and see how it was. Wow this food was great!! Curry chicken and roast pork w/ chicken. This place gets down.. highly recommend!! Very reasonable prices, very friendly. We will be back
Fantastic couple from Trinidad n Tobago. Food cooked fresh as you order. Clean place and best of all the food is very good.
These people are Rude and Blatant Theft. And the food is no longer good. Don’t waste your time or money.
Came to visit this place for the very first time . Very miss leading signs for opening hours!!!!!!They said that they opened until 8pm. We were there at 7pm, mean while they were allowing other customers in. They receptionist told a customer to say that they were closed. While we walking back to our vehicle they allowed a family of six to enter the restaurant!!!! How disrespectful!!! But as they say. First impression is a lasting impression!!! We definitely will not be going back there!!!!!
Literally drove over to Joys roti…
This is they're house special lo mein with fried rice and chicken. Actual fried chicken, different from what I'd normally receive from a regular Chinese restaurant.
The place was very clean.
