Hi, I left a parcel with you on the 20 March to be collected by InPost. At the time you said not to worry but the parcel tracking has not been updated since. Please can you confirm if the InPost parcels have been collected or still sat in your shop? Tried to call the shop but no answer. Many thanks.

This place is so unpromising it says on Google that Tey are open until 1Am but it's not I traveled 28 minutes but it was closed at 12.13am.
Its the second time that I am facing this issue I could see the staff inside if I call they never care to answer.
I will not recommend this place to please to be honest.
Avoid at all cost! They are overcharging. Went to buy bread as it is my local shop and on the bread was written £3 (bought before and I know the price) and the cashier (the middle aged Asian lady) said £3.50 and I told her that on the bread is written £3 and I am always buying it in £3 and then she got embarrassed and said "special price for you" haha stealing money from the people but don't have an eyes to say sorry I overcharged you. By the way I have been overcharged before in this same shop too from the same asian lady on the till. I hope the customers will stop support these thieves.
Owner customer service, mini and other goa staff services are good visit oftenly but the new big healthy tall punjabi guy is very rude and don't know how to speak.If there are things available also he says the item is finished as the other person takes out and give the product.If this kind of staff stays in shop soon the people stops coming.
How about you even say hello or bye in English to a customer in front of you at the cash register instead of yabbing loudly to your colleagues?
Ordered a bottle of Three Barrels 70cl for delivery as you can see the bottle cost £26.99 but when I received it on the bottle top states £16.49 RRP Promotional. Ripped off
