I love the theatre and bar here but in the past avoided the restaurant just due to the prices being on the high side and the food not matching what you paid. However, we recently stopped in and gave it another go. I have to say I am glad we did! it was a much better experience all around and one that we thoroughly enjoyed.
Trilogy Restaurant has revamped the menu and the prices. The food choices and the quality of food are both great and are offered at very reasonable prices. We tried the Beef Sliders, Chicken Tenders and the Flatbread Pizza. You could tell everything was fresh and made with good quality ingredients that all led to food that tasted great. They had many choices including a Lobster Roll that we will have to try next time!
It is good to know that the entire experience of going to Silverspot is indeed a great Trilogy and makes for a perfect movie night (or day) out! You have the Theatre which is clean, looks and sounds great and is one of our favorite spots to see a movie. Second you have the bar with great drinks and the bartenders are always fun and friendly. Even when we are not seeing a movie, we just stop in for a drink and now great snack, We prefer the drinks here instead of that sugary , where is my alcohol place across the street know as Bar Louie's. Then you have the restaurant side of things which is serving up great food , friendly service and reasonable prices.
We ended up there because of location and invitation. Food was pretty good. Staff not as good. I'm surprised it wasn't a super busy night. You can be young have fun but be professional. Alot of staff distraction and it caused interference with our order being correct. friends burger was great, but my incorrect food never came in time to eat with others. Unfortunately, Staff wasn't too worried about it. The others really enjoyed there food, for we liked it. I had a good salad when it finally came for the 3rd time correct with out dressing. Don't think we will try again.
My fiance and I love coming here. We always stop and see Brook at the bar. She's a fantastic bartender with a happy face and knows how to make a great cocktail. The food is quite good. I wish they would bring back some of the finer entree's!
Conveniently located by the theater, good food but over-priced. Service is where I would have given a one star. The place is never packed the couple of times we've dined here. Every time we visit, we had to flag someone or go to the registers to ask for a waiter after waiting at least 10min at the table. Service is truly lacking at this place. I have witness the manager walk by several times by our table without even acknowledging that we were there waiting for service or at least a cup of water. This place needs improvement in that department.
We were happy to see Triology was open for outdoor seating (under cover). We were impressed that the food was as great as before, if not better! Our cocktails were also delicious! We need to support Trilogy and Silverspot so we don't lose them. Go by!
Top notch venue for a snack. Disperse yourself in a book and lunch at this location. From the looks of it, the drinks are going to be on another level, if not there already? I wouldn't know yet. What I will attest to, is the staff and overall presentation and equation of results do not disappoint. I choose to see a movie only during this visit. Good choice on the perfect day.

Stylish. Good drinks and good food!
Recently visited here just for a specific item on their menu. Walked in guy at the bar was not so welcoming at first. I asked could we dine in, he didn't seem to enthusiastic about it. But when we sat down his whole attitude eventually changed. Food was okay being that we ordered simple things like chicken tenders and fries. The kicker is, the food we ordered were Miami subs quality. But ended up getting a bill for $79.20 just for a order of chicken tenders, a chicken burger and fish taco with fountain drinks. Also the fountain drinks were flat and tasted weird. They literally taxed me on every food item individually. I didn't know you could do that.. Never again!
