They ask what you want, you send pictures while in the shop. Confirmed with the guy he got the photos. Wait for your appointment and he asks for the photos again. Then the day of says he can sketch something up real quick. I think not you lost money on this one. And maybe look through your text messages.
Jay was able to correct a piece that I had done at another local shop. He was kind, professional, and honest with me from the very beginning. I was in love with the idea, but it had been executed so poorly by the original artist. I was so relieved and thankful that he was able to rescue my mermaid. I will be back for future pieces of art.
Found Louie on Instagram. We chatted about what I wanted and he definitely delivered. Surprised my daughter with matching mother daughter tatts for her 18th birthday… great work. Louis is very sweet and very kind. Thank you for such a great experience. I’ll be back

i have been going here for almost a year now and i love it ! all the artists make you feel like family as soon as you walk in the door. they are very professional and very clean with their work. i would never switch to another shop. Jay, Freddie, and Josh did my pieces and i’m OBSESSED.

Got my first tattoo done yesterday by Cole and he did an excellent job! It was clean and it looks so nice. I've already gotten about 12 compliments on it.
Freddie was very kind and professional. Everything in the shop is sanitary and welcoming. it was my first tattoo and freddie knew exactly what to say to make sure i was comfortable. im very happy with my tattoo!
