I used this transport company bringing my dad home from cooper medical center , He had the best time with his driver & the team that assisted him in coming home . Tri care went above and beyond . Special thanks to Joe who assisted us in setting up his transport , he was very professional & had excellent communication skills & customer service. Thank you for all that you guys do !!
I work for this company for 7 years now we try our best to be on time and makes sure things are done safely and the best possible and reading the low reviews its people that either got fired or customers not accurately explaining what happeneds like watching a video ?! Im sure the driver was waiting and decided to entertain there self while doing so. The way it was posted made it seem like they were driving while watching! It's comments like this that are false there's no respect or integrity people love to be spiteful and ignorant it's sad. It's not easy dealing with sick and ill people and 700+ trips a day but we do it and do a great job ! So to My job and Everyone at Tricare Medical Transportation keep up the good work!
I don't usually write reviews but the team that helped my Mom move from facility to facility were wonderful. They showed so much patience and were so gentle while moving her. I can't thank them enough.
Never on time or dont even pick you up for your appts. I believe there is a lot of overbooking practices there. Have to resort to using a Lyft for most rides. Will not be using this company for near or distant appts. Terrible business practices there.
Some very nice and knowledgeable people work here ( disclaimer: I do work here). Decent equipment and management is very receptive to customers concerns.
2 hours before picked up for trip home.my experience with this company,not good. my last trip was better they arrived early to take me home from cooper hospital emergency.
Today I had to reschedule doctor appointment due to this company being over an hour late to pick me up. During another trip driver had a movie playing on his cell phone.
Rude, dismissive and unprofessionally argumentative customer service. Should not be in the healthcare business.
