I have really tried to refrain from posting here because I actually liked the the haircut I first received. However, I have called no less than 15 different times over the course of the last few months and NO ONE ever answers the phone. It truly amazes me that someone can call this establishment so many times over the course of months with no response. If you ACTUALLY looking to have your hair cut I would go elsewhere.
Sydni and Brian are heaven sent. I have never left here unhappy with my hair! Quite the opposite in fact. People always ask me where I get my hair done and I’m excited to let them know Tribe Salon in Lakewood! The salon is located just north west of Colfax behind Arby’s. It is kept clean plus they have plenty of shampoo, conditioner and styling products you can pick up while you’re there. Highly recommend giving Tribe your business.
I tried this salon for the first time and Sydney is ABSOLUTELY AWESOME! She gave me a great cut, and a FANTASTIC color! They definitely have my future business!! The price was absolutely unbelievable for Aveda products, I would highly highly recommend you go see her! THANK YOU Sydney!❤️❤️

Worst salon service I've had in my nearly 30 years of life. From the time I sat down in the chair, to being asked to reschedule, I was made to feel like I was some kind of burden via heavy sighs and attitude.
It was as if I was asking too much to have a cut and dye, when clearly my stylist would rather look at her phone and get off work early. I made the appointment because I was going on a trip and wanted a new hairstyle; I was excited and happy, and within 10 minutes of talking to the stylist I had booked and sitting in her chair, I was made completely miserable. The whole thing nearly ruined my excitement for my entire trip, but luckily I had a much more pleasant experience at another salon later that same night. My stylist was Sydney and I definitely, highly recommend avoiding her at all costs. Never going back to this salon again.
I am so severely disappointed in my experience here. I guess we should start at the beginning. I called at around 10 am and was greeted with a rude receptionist. She seemed annoyed at the mere thought of making an appointment for me. I originally wanted a cut and color but was told "we don't have time for that" which okay fine but she could have at least offered to make me another appointment for a color. I informed her of my situation because my hair was severely bleach damaged from the night before. She said she would inform my stylist. After arriving at my appointment with 5 minutes to spare I got seated and thought I was going to have a nice time. The salon was beautiful and Hilary my stylist was just a peach. I told her I didn't want my hair cut past my shoulder blade which she seemed to think was just dumb of me. She took me back shampooed my hair all with this horrible annoyed look on her face. She took my back and cut my hair blunt. Blunter than blunt. Literally just lopped off my ends and sent me on my way with 2 seconds of blow dried hair.
Little did I know I had been double booked and before I could even stand up there was another lady in the chair waiting for her hair to be done.
I was there for a total INCLUDING WASH AND DRY of 25 minutes.
It is horrible to feel like I was a burden walking in there.
Now at 20 years of age have a soccer mom bob. Gee thanks a ton Tribe.
