Great service and experience! My car started steaming/overheating as I was driving through Pleasanton from the Sacramento area and this shop was closest to me. I was able to get my car to them, and they were wonderful. They kept me in the loop as they ran tests and ordered parts. The parts weren’t available right away and I wanted to get home as soon as possible, so they went above and beyond to get the parts and give me a break on costs where they could. They showed me my broken fan and radiator, and explained the work they had done and why. Then I got back on the road and my car has been running great. I’m so glad it worked out that I ended up at this shop!
Brought my Audi here for coolant leak that the dealer was not able to fix the first time. I worked with the owner Ron and he is a very knowledgeable guy. He knew right away what the problem is when I told him about the leak. I left my car with him on Saturday and it was ready for pick up the following Monday!! While he was fixing the leak, Ron was kind enough to inform me about the crack on the coolant reservoir. He offer to replace it free of labor charge because he is already working on the same area. What a stand up guy!! It would have been another 200 dollars paid to the dealer!! It has been 2 weeks since the fix and so far so good. I will definitely go back to Ron for future repair and smog!!

This place solves a huge problem I have with trust when it comes to auto repair services. Now, after talking and seeing the way they work, I know I can trust the people who work there . This is a great relief for me. No more waiting for my husband to take the car to the shop...I can be 100% sure I am in good hands.

Rong has been taking care of my car for many years. He recently moved over here. Even tho its a little further out but it worth the drive knowing he will always takes care of my car. honest and good!
I Definitely recommend this place! My names David an I never leave reviews usually but this place is 5 stars they have 2 great gentleman that work there and are honestly the most honest mechanics I ever met and very smart an never over charge. THATS WHY THEY ARE 5 STARS! Thanks guys keep it up.
Very rude and disrespectful!! Called asked for pricing regarding a smog and they quoted $79! While others places charge $39 for smog plus & certificate and stated he didn’t discriminate? Think before you go here!
They used to have great service bit then brought on the manager’s son who acts like he owns the place, is arrogant and has no problem responding to your complaints with a nonchalant “if you don’t like it, go somewhere else”. It’s truly a shame that this place has chosen nepotism over customer service.
