I had to wait like a hour &, 10 mins to get a ride home from the store. They told me they were have shift change overs. So I was waiting outside of the store for over a hour cause of this. When I was picked up there was a nice older women &, a man that helped me bring my stuff to my door. This was very nice of them but the womon who answers the calls is a b####. Will never take there cab again. If you live Sidney &, need to take a cab some where's call cookie cab.
Called them for a cash taxi (not a medicaid transport), and was told that they were not available, as they were in Cooperstown NY and not in the area. I'm assuming by their response that this company only has 1 vehicle and 1 cab driver. Not quite sure how one can run a taxi business with no employees, especially in a rural area with such low socioeconomic status.
I was going to get a ride up to the jail and I had to cancel numerous times and they were kind and I want to apologize for that. I don’t know why anybody would give them low ratings they are good on prices and very friendly I really like this company and will be using them in the future
Except the azzhole that drives a blue diesel truck acting like a 12 year old driving up and down river street, Gilbert street reving his piece of shitz truck. The cops are listening to the loudness and getting ready to ticket. Act your age little boy!!! Hick
Could be the most disrespectful taxicab driver in the world. I did not personally take the taxi cab but she park so close to my car that I could not get my kid in and then decided to call me names out the window because I might leave a scratch on her 1980s POS!
Had to go next town over cost 20. Up & back. she was very nice driver.
If you have more then one kid don't take them cus they will not allow more then one kid in the car at a time after they tell you over the phone it's more then fine
They totally taxied me around. 5 stars!
