They are always great to work with and do an amazing job, whether replacement of your windshield or rock chip repair. They also did an excellent job replacing the screen on our screen door.
I had a window on my motorhome break during a storm. They quickly set up an appointment to measure the window and within 3 weeks they had it and installed quickly. Very nice people and good service. I would recommend Tri-County for your glass needs.
We take all of our work trucks here . They are fast, courteous and easy to work with. We have never had a problem with them. A gal in our office wants us to use a mobile repair service and I refuse to do so because Tri-County Glass is local and do great work and they easily work with our insurance.
Extremely happy with my service. Found out the back window of my vehicle was broken into. They took the time to realign the frame as much as they could so everything would work as much as possible. They explained everything they had to do as they went. My new window looks amazing.
GREAT PEOPLE, GREAT SERVICE, AND TOP NOTCH WORK!! They can do just about anything with glass! I have taken glass here to get cut, had my cars window chips fixed, and had replacement windows put in and they did it perfectly every time! They also support the community! Quick service, excellent employees. I was 400 miles from home taking care of my mom. A rock hit my window on the way up. They got me in right away and did a great jib.
Tri-County was awesome! They custom cut some glass for a framed calendar I have in my home that had broken during the move. The price was very reasonable and they did it in one day!
Went to tri county glass to have a rock chip fixed in my brand new windshield. They "fixed" it. A few weeks later now in the cold weather the whole windshield cracked right from that rock chip that they "fixed". Called them about it. Was told that they don't warranty their work on chips. So I paid money to keep my windshield from cracking, am now out money and have to spend extra to put in a new windshield. Extremely disappointed that they apparently do horrible fixing jobs and then don't even stand behind their work. Will never do business with them again and make sure to tell everyone about this experience. Save your money and go to a business that is professional and know what they are doing!!!!!
