Unfortunately, this cab service never once has answered their phone the numerous (20+) times I’ve attempted to contact them. I’d advise seeking other taxi services in the area for sure.
Wish I could leave ZERO stars!! Yesterday on 9-1-23 I was at stop and shop in Beverly at the customer service desk. A wonderful nice older lady asked the associate behind the desk to please call her a taxi..so he dialed tri city and handed her the phone. She asked nicely for a taxi so she could bring her groceries home. When she asked if it was going to be more then 20 mins the dispatcher for tri city yelled at this woman that it was going to be longer and to call someone else, the woman with panic in her voice started saying no please I just wanna make sure my groceries don't go bad please I need a Ride..the dispatcher said call someone else and hung up on her face!! Totally disgusting behavior for a business that's supposed to be transporting people!!! Long story short I gave this nice woman a ride home to ELDERLY HOUSING and she was so grateful!! I don't know if the dispatcher was having a bad day but they really need to do better!!! We are supposed to take care of the most precious in life elderly, disabled and children!! I would never recommend this company to anybody!!!
My driver was Jan. She's totally professional and is an excellent driver! The vehicle was very clean and well cared for. She made me feel welcomed, and it was all together a really pleasant experience. By the way, Girl you got a great sense of humor!! Thank You Jan!!!
They are very nice and convenient but it seems like you have to call a week in advance to get a ride. They are never available and you would think they would try to hire more cab drivers
I was down to the wire trying to find a cab from my hotel to my office. I called Tri-City, and Jan was a life saver. She was here to pick me up in no time and had me at work right when I was supposed to be there! She was courteous, professional, and kind. I will definitely use this service when I'm in town again.
Patrick was amazing! Had to go back and rescue my drunk friend from having a one night stand even though we were 5 miles out and he didn’t care in the slightest. Warned us about a puking fee and make sure we were alright. Great at conversation. Called 7/11 and ordered pizza for us. 10/10 would recommend.
I love this taxi service. My dog needed medical attention and I had no way to get him there. I was losing hope till I called them and they gave me a ride. It was worth the money. The driver Jan, had to drive in not the best weather, but she got us there and was very sweet to my dog. My dog could have gotten an infection and died, so I am so happy I found this place and will definitely use them again.
Almost got stranded at frankenmuth splash village; I swear no uber or lyts are within location. Me and my family are forever grateful for your customer service, professionalism, and timely manner. Thank you Dennis or Dave..sry forgot name long day and shot out to the driver who got us home safe. I'm sry again about the long trip back due to accident. If I'm ever in that area I know who to call! Excellent service! Thanks again
