I am leaving this review out of frustration, this is our local pharmacy I have an infant who has 3 different types of medication I do not drive hence we use this pharmacy in particular, every time the prescription gets sent across I have to wait 48 hours and I am constantly told that the items either haven’t turned up on delivery or there is a delay for another reason. These are items for my 8 month old yet every 4-6 weeks I have the exact same issue yet Morrison’s pharmacy never have delivery issues of the exact same product? My infant is without her prescription this evening for a second day in a row and cannot keep her food down without it as a mum it is extremely frustrating! I think the pharmacy should consider stocking up on items just one or two of each medicine when they are aware that there is an infant in the area on certain medications rather than ordering on demand when you know as a fact it won’t turn up on time ever and causing a regular customer frustration every month and a baby to be without medicine who suffers without it!
I'm on holiday locally and embarrassingly I had come without my tablets. I submitted an Emergency Prescription request via the NHS app to collect at this chemist.
The lady who served me couldn't have been more pleasant, friendly and helpful. She quickly sorted the request for me, providing me with enough tablets for a month, to save having to pay again for the prescription and I left with the said tablets. Proper friendly customer service. Thank you.
Amazing Staff...
These people have supported their community during the pandemic brilliantly. I will be eternally grateful to all of them for their unwavering support, advise recommendations, cheery natures and everything thing else you could wish for from NHS service providers. They are being stretched to the hilt because of the growing infrastructure around Trentham and remains the very best they can be. I really rely on these people as we all do for our medications, so I work with them and not against them, I appreciate them. So pleased don't rip these people apart for trying to help. Value them and lavish them with the appreciation they deserve.

Was struggling to get a medication from any of the pharmacy's in Stone or Stafford. Rang these guys up and the pharmacist was helpful and courteous; ordered the item in for next day delivery and took my number to call me when it arrived.
The staff are always pleasant and helpful. A lowered kerb to the raised section of land to the front of the shop would make access easier for the disabled.
Excellent service and very friendly staff
My GP’s practice in Kent sent Trentham Pharmacy a prescription for me I phoned to check prescription was received and they had stock
As on a narrow boat and walking with crutches did not want to walk the 1/2mile each way without confrontation
A very friendly lady assured me they had both the prescription and pills

Dreadful counter service. I regularly take my prescription in 4 or 5 days before I need it, only to be told when I go to pick it up, there's an hour's wait, so that'll be the hour plus the 4 or 5 days then.
There can be 4 to 6 staff behind the counter, all genuinely busy however, no one thinks to address the waiting customers, not even, I'll be with you in a minute. They seem to have lost track of the fact that they're a front facing business, they only seem interested in getting scripts ready to go out for delivery.
