Very disappointed. We've been loyal customers since we first moved to Tremorfa in 2006 ordering at least once a week. This time food was delivered over cooked and dry. Side of chicken wings was missing. We tried one small piece of pizza to see if it was edible but no where near the normal standard. When we phoned to explain the gentleman on the end of the phone was very rude. Long story short never got my chicken wings, never got my pizza replaced and never got any money back. (They wanted the delivery driver to collect the pizza and return it to the shop without giving even a partial refund). They claim the pizza was perfect when it left the shop.
Its a shame because the owner has always been very friendly and we see him out and about regularly. He and all the delivery drivers know us but apparently that loyalty counts for nothing. I know the company won't miss my £20 a week but what a way to treat people who have been purchasing from you for years and years.
The pic of the half eaten pizza is all we could manage after 30 minutes trying to get the shop to send us a fresh one. I'm sad to say I will never order from here again. My boys will miss their weekend pizza.
Came here got a donner kebab wrap meal, words cant describe enough how delicious it was as well as the staff there being extremely respectful and engage in conversations always a laugh. Even though I went there 10 minutes before closing time the food was still amazing and the workers still had a smile on there face ????????
Will never have food from there again we asked for soft chicken for the x large kebab and the meal wrap but it was greasy as hell and burnt we couldn't even taste the chicken or the bbq sauce it was that burnt and hard so much and the fries were like scraps and hard I wouldn't of fed that to any animal and if I lived closer I would of took it back but it went straight I'm the bin what a waste of £19 and for the prices the food should be much nicer and the staff need to listen to the customer instead of chatting in there own language about other customers in there ive been there loads of times over the years and its never been like this but that food was a disgrace
Always a pleasure going into the shop and ordering from John , very polite and helpful staff , and definitely the best kebabs in Cardiff 10/10 . Would 100% recommend ????
Bit slow, but really nice chippy. So I'd say it's a fair trade

Five star hygiene rating. Reasonably prices. A great variety in the menu that John has built up over the years.
Friendly staff if you do have delivery. Highly recommend. One of the best takeaways I have ever used.
