I'm a carpenter so I usually take this service to the same places each day. March 30 at 7:20am I was picked up and before I was at the end of my destination I corrected the driver and he had an attitude, telling me "Listen I know where you're going, Okay!" This is all on their cars camera footage by the way. He had no intellect where I was headed and stopped at another location that I worked previous thinking this was my destination. How rude! What absurdity you have to deal with, besides the relay giving wrong information. The woman that answers the phone is quite uneducated and has little patience due to her attitude on the phone. This company needs new employees and needs to get recognized for their I'll behavior. I hope they check the footage
Call each morning and this car service is so unprofessional. First off, most of the drivers here cars smell. Second, they claim to be private drivers because they don’t have the blue Diamond nor a TLC plate. Third, about a week ago a driver they sent me had his younger son in his car and got mad because I refused to get in the car with my daughter and his younger son. Like why is your child nothin school sir ?! Today, for the 5th time in a row the dispatcher gave me attitude. I can report them like hello, their drivers do not follow any TLC guidelines or licenses. Get it together.
Worst car service ever; I tell the driver not to get on the highway , he gets on the highway any. I ask the driver to pull over at my destination he nearly get hit by a bus; then the driver can not make change for a fifty dollar bill: I have to go to store to get change. Now he trys to charge me more than what the fare is suppose to be. Had to call the base to get a quote on price. Now I explain explain the situation to the dispatcher, the dispatcher makes excuses for the driver. The driver is suppose to have forty dollars in change at all times. This is TLC rule. The dispatcher didn't want to hear it and hung the phone up on me.
This place needs to be shut down. I am seeking anyone wants to sign the pettition to get rid of the ignorant people who run this place . they disrespect the entire neighborhood with very very loud music every day. Babies cant sleep people cant hear anything but that . And they do it all day like some kind of barbarian race of people with no respect for anyone.
Worst car service,call for a taxi they told me it was coming never show up,I call back the lady hang up on me.
Terrible phone service she had such an attitude had me wait than just hung up
Very good company, with the best prices to empire casino and the bronx.
