Needed to have some damage repaired on my Audi Q5 this week. Without any hesitation I went to T Reeve & Son, in Brighton, not only as I had used them before, but a number of friends and clients of mine have had nothing but praise for Tom Reeve and his excellent team at T Reeve & Son Ltd.
From the first point of contact, namely Jack C on reception, who was smart, polite, courteous and professional, through to the workshop team who carried out the work. I was kept informed throughout the week by Jack and am very pleased to share that my car was fully repaired, exactly when I was told is should be, and was given back to me in showroom condition.
Great work everyone at T Reeve & Son, you deserve the well earned praise. I will continue to share my excellent experience of you all. Thank you.
Absolutely awful!
Delay in fixing my car, customer service is terrible. I was told I would need to call them back after I was chasing the work as “they get around 150 calls a day” brilliant. The car came back with issues, they kept it for a further week and did absolutely nothing with it and told me it was great, nothing wrong. Turns out after seeing a trustworthy mechanic that there was in fact issues. Looking at the other reviews I’m far from alone!
The service i received was fantastic from start to finish, had my car for just 1 week - very satisfied with the completed job! Shout out to Debbie In the admin team who was always very efficient and helpful when I called! Would recommend this garage to anyone needing works done to their car!
After a non fault accident my insurance company referred me to have my car repaired at Treeve & son ltd. Following contact the company said they would call me and give me a date to repair my car at a later date. I waited 2 months and heard nothing. I therefore contacted the garage and spoke with the person at reception who informed me they had canceled the repairs to my car as they couldn't contact me. I reported that no one had contacted me. I did not receive any telephone call, text message, email or letter. Following discussion it was agreed my car would be repaired but I still had to wait a further 3 weeks for this to happen. The initial referral had been made in March it was finally completed in September. The repairs included a replacement bumper and repair of a very small dent on the car's boot door.
My experience demonstrated poor customer relations and the workmanship was terrible. The newly installed bumper does not match the colour of the car. I would never recommend this garage to anyone.
Took over a month to repair my bumper when they said it would take a week. No communication and I had to keep calling for updates- promised it would be the next day and then took an extra week. I got a call to say the car was ready but waited an hour at reception because it was being cleaned. The quality of work was excellent - bumper is a brand new one with good colour match - just customer service needs some work for me to recommend.
Phoned & was told to bring car in. Arrived to find nowhere to park - the area was full of cars. Left it where I could see it. Met a guy who came out. Explained my problem with a leak into the back of my car and was told, we don't do leaks. Having explained the problem in my phone call , the receptionist could have told me that. Very disinterested people in this place. I won't be back.
A van who was with a big retail company accidently hit my car my insurance company Direct Line contacted Reeves & Sons body shop based in Brighton they picked up my car and fixed it. I am so grateful to Direct line who chose Reeves and Sons they have made a wonderful job it is as if I had never had the accident perfect repair carried out with them contacting me throughout making a wonderful job and having such helpful staff who have completed the job today 18 Jan 2024 lovely friendly company and they certainly know how to make this lady happy

Really nice people to deal with, great little courtesy car for 2 weeks. Car returned promptly.
