I have been going to this garage quite a few times over the years and each time I've always left as a happy customer. Craig and Tony are top class. They have always been kind approachable guys who put themselves out to help anyone. I've always found Craig and Tony to always put there customers first. I've always found them cheap and great value for money.. . I don't go anywhere else to have work done on my car. These two guys are honest and will always be upfront about work that will need to be done to your vehicle and what the cost will be. If you want a good service for repair work, mot's and servicing done, then I recommend these two any day of the week.
You want your car sorted tidy and at a reasonable price. Get yourself here. These guys are fantastic. I won't go nowhere else. They are professional, honest, and very reliable. 5 star awards should be given to these guys. Best in Wales by far. I've never had a problem with these guys ever.

Only one issue, and they diagnosed my car wrongly. The PRNDS was flashing. Told it was ECU, and i was looking at about £2,000 for it to be repaired, and the car would have to be sent away for 7 days up north.
Well, I had Audi look at it, and all jt was was a loose connection on the automatic gearbox circuit, which cost me £50 for the replacement part, which took 20 mins to fix. Total cost £70. But I guess we all can make mistakes sometimes. We're only human, after all.
absolutely shocking level of professionalism, avoid like the plague! I would rather take a 4 year mechanics course and do the work myself then ever step foot back in this place!

Absolutely terrible. Would definitely not recommend. All cars have issues and they can’t fix it. Definitely like to rip people off.
What is the matter with you, why don't you get this woman's car done, the one from tiktok, you're very very unprofessional, I know people in Tredegar & will be putting the word out on how you treat people, get it FIXED...
I think you ought to fix that ladies vehicle ASAP and be done with it. You’ve really short yourself in the foot here. 1 year you have had her jeep and you can’t fix her car???
