Too good and so handy with a big carpark right beside it. Unbelievable choice of amazing ice cream, mix up and older style sweets lovely and fresh and if you fancy something more the waffles crepes and cookie dough do not dissapoint. Affordable and friendly- highly recommend.
Seem to have issues with everyone posting a review and being defensive and threatening at the same time. I have expressed my opinion of the shop Treat Times and the service experienced there. Also, Please research about the pests found here.
Worst service I have every encountered, the owner couldn’t stop whining about the loss he has been having since opening this business. There literally were cockroaches crawling across in the counter area. The staff had no care for customers or the quality of the food. The food was the worst I have ever had from a takeaway. I’d not recommend this shop to anyone in their right mind.
I placed an order this evening, 2 chocolate fudge cakes and a bubble tea. I recieved a call some time later to let me know that they were out of fudge cake but would I like brownies instead. After speaking with my partner we both chose not to proceed with the order and asked that it be cancelled. Believing that would be that. I checked my app that I had placed it through via Just Eat and saw that the order was still active. So I followed the options that it gave me which was to call your place.
I called and a female answered and when I explained the situation and asked about the cancellation and refund I was told that the boss was not in, that the driver was not there and that their was nothing else she was going to do.....the attitude I got in that one sentence was not necessary and did actually suggest she go to college and get some qualifications in customer care. She hung up. I have not had confirmation of cancellation, I would like this matter to be dealt with via the boss. You have my details to call me back from the order that was placed.
Update, after the app updated that they had delivered my items which they had not. I was given a link to update them that I had cancelled my order with your rude server.
Again should you want to call back to discuss your server in question then that is fine.
The decor of the shop is highly unappealing. Shouldn’t be called a sweet shop with respect to quality of what gets sold here. Hygiene level is zero matching the customer service level. This guy working behind the counter was a prime example of ‘look busy do nothing’. Randomly he just started shouting down the phone which was rude as customers were still waiting patiently for their order. The waiting time could have been reduced substantially in my opinion. The glass counter was a very big safety hazard as it was stuck on with black tape for some reason. Some real cowboys running the show it feels like.
They Sent the ice cream for the cookie dough but the cookie dough arrived wearing a cloak of invisibility. Either that or the driver bumped it. The pick & mix appears to have shrunk in the wash, feels like we ordered a pick & mix from Wish. Should’ve read the other reviews before ordering
Items are extremely overpriced would not spend the money for what your given. Staff are also very unprofessional and very unhelpful. There is never a manager in sight and the shop is basically run by younger people who are unaware of how to handle certain situations. Definitely wouldn’t return to this shop when I’m in Dunfermline!!! To reply to your reply I am glad that action is being taken towards staff members as the rudeness I was treated with was unacceptable when I visited the shop and the fact you are being disrespectful by saying I am writing a fake review I think as a shop owner you should take responsibility for a bad review written by one of your own customers
Wish I could rate this negative.
Very over priced for such poor quality of ice creams. The guy working there had no idea what he was doing, he looked frustrated and it was clear from his actions, there were online orders which he was ignoring too and there wasn’t even many customers in the shop. The guy’s attitude towards other staff was abhorrent as well, Disgusting!
from a previous member of staff it is an awful place to work at. the manager is rude and speaks down to his staff when trying their best to run his shop as they open and close for him and when he is in the shop he just shouts at his staff saying personal insulting stuff to them and bringing them down about their efforts are never good enough.he is a bully to his staff members,all younger than 18. When he is not in the shop he watches his members of staff on the cctv cameras. it is very unprofessional and unorganised, wouldn't reccomend to anyone! when you say you "replaced" your staff, they all quit as to how they were treated. i would love to see the video proof and customer complaints about me not doing my job, being rude and ignoring customers as i know this is not the case. i know myself mines and the other girls efforts were the best of our abilities and the manager was very un greatful. he has shouted at me infront of customers and delivery drivers whilst i was crying as well which is very unprofessional.
