Treasure Valley Movers

I recently trusted my own personal move to Treasure Valley Movers. They were prompt and efficient. They were very pleasant and never made me feel any pressure as I continued to look around and find more items that I wanted them to move (beyond what I had initially said). They were professional and kind. They did an exceptional job! I will be referring them to my own real estate clients at every opportunity. I can't say enough good things about my experience. This was a local move however I'd definitely trust them with a long haul. The only damaged items I had were a result of things that I moved on my own.

I cannot say enough good things about Treasure Valley Movers. Troy came out to walk through our move prior to even bidding it. My husband has Stage IV lung cancer, and was unable to help, so I needed a team that I could lean on, rely on and trust - and Flip (Phillip), Duane and Jason did an amazing job going above and beyond! Thank You to Troy and his team!

To say these guys rocked it is an understatement. We've used them two moves and continue to be amazed at their energy (ever-ready batteries come to mind,) attention and care as well as great communication.

Nothing we threw at them phased them - including the need to sort and purge even as we moved all the things that accumulate in a nearly 50-year old business to a temporary space and then one year later to our permanent location.

They handled fragile and valuable items with care and heavy items with strength and skill.

Our 3-day move included a trip to a donation center and the dump and they graciously let us keep their rolling carts an extra week while we unpacked and organized.

Can't say enough good things about them. And since we don't intend to move our business (The Stereo Shoppe) again, we hope others will use them!

This company failed to meet our business expectations on many scales including not following through on the word of crew-lead to manager to assure we will not be charged for service-not-rendered due to safety issue with the apartment complex. When the crew-lead informed myself and roommate that the company would start anew with that morning being a wash/ re-write up on paperwork the next day, the manager reversed course and charged us the full two hours plus travel fee. My roommate had a lengthy conversation with the manager over the phone and received poor bad-business like response with/absolutely no offer to meet-in-middle on the cost for a safety issue that we were both not aware of and not responsible for as it was the apt complex exterior property. We were fully prepared to follow the guidance of the crew lead and continue business with this company after the safety issue was fixed and the graces of his word and offering of understanding in this unusual case. However we were charged full amount and had just the handful of boxes brought back inside and the company left. At that rate we could not afford to continue business with this company as they charged us this amount at such a vulnerable time in our move both financially and in need of help. The moving company wanted to charge us for the time it took the apt complex to repair “their steps” at the rate of the moving company’s time. We both felt unfairly treated by this moving company in a unique situation where good graces and comprising could have been reasonably extended.

I recently used Treasure Valley Movers to move into a new condo. Service was outstanding from start to finish. Troy, the owner, responded promptly and priced my move fairly. Flip and Julian arrived on time, were very professional, quick and handled all my furnishings with utmost care. These guys were great and easily the best movers I've ever used. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Movers and I will use again for future moves.

Treasure Valley Movers assisted my wife and I with a local move within Eagle. Caroline was fantastic to deal with coordinating the move and obtaining a quote. She was thorough with me to ensure the quote would be accurate. Sure enough, the actual price came in at the lower end of her estimate. We had about 2 or 3 different delays with our move due to unforeseen funding issues and hang ups with the title company, and TVM worked with us and kept moving the date with no penalties. On moving day, the three movers were timely, professional, and efficient. Louis (or Lewis) was an excellent supervisor and very mindful not to bump our furniture or boxes against the walls. We had a king and queen bedroom set to move upstairs and they moved everything (even several heavy and large pieces) without a single ding or mark on the wall. I was extremely impressed as our experiences with other local movers were not as stellar. They had to leave in the middle of our job to assist with another priority move due to no-shows (asked our permission first). They returned and finished our move working as late as 11pm. We will definitely be using TVM again for future moves and recommend to friends and family.

We had Treasure Valley move our office. They were fast, respectful and the price was reasonable. I will hire them again the next time I need a great mover.

Yesterday my daughter moved out from our house to her own apartment - yeah! Troy's crew (we jokingly called them Thing 1 and Thing 2) were prompt and very polite. The treated her stuff like it was their own. The were swift in gathering the items, very careful in loading and tying things down in the truck. When the arrived at the apartment, they were equally diligent placing the items too. They asked along the way for confirmation on the placements and gave us a chance to modify as needed.

The quote was reasonable and the final bill was even better as it was lower than I expected.

I would definitely hire them again. I took a few cards so I can refer them to friends and family.
