Great Experience
My friend recommended Treasure Coast and I am so glad he did. I was told about six months ago I would need brakes and that there was a loud noise going over bumps. They inspected the entire vehicle and quickly identified the issue. In addition, they found I did not need brakes. An honest auto repair shop!
Since I have moved here in 2006; I have been a customer of Treasure Coast Auto Repair. They are very friendly, polite, professional, and family friendly. They are straight to the point, not too expensive, straight to the point and will fight for you for what is right with your warranty services. I strongly recommend this repair shop. I’m new to Florida and finding a trust worthy mechanic like I had back in NY was something I was looking for. A friend recommended Treasure Coast Auto repairs and was in the money. Rich/Paul and the entire team is a pleasure to do business with. They are honest and thorough in providing amazing customer service and top notch repairs. I’ve taken both my car and my sons car in for various service. This last experience is what prompted me to write this review. There was noise coming from my muffler and I wanted them to see what the problem was. I received a call with a detailed explanation how my vehicles muffler system unlike others came as one whole part from the dealer and it would cost $1600 just for the part. They went on to further explain they would not recommend me spending that kind of money, rather they recommended A Muffler shop as the best solution. I went with their recommendation and will have a flange cut and replaced for $100.
I’m so glad my friend recommended Treasure Coast Auto Repair they have gained a customer for life. It’s nice to know their are still honest hard working and reputable companies still out there.
My truck had a major gas leak, brought it in and they said the leak was above my fuel tank so just to diagnose the issue they’d have to remove my tank. Rich’s estimate for removing my fuel tank was lower than any of the other 10 or so places I called by $10-$90, so not concerningly low, just competitively low. They were also the most welcoming and helpful. Granted, it wasn’t able to be fixed in the end but my experience was pleasant. I will be back
It is so hard to find a good and honest mechanic nowadays but thankfully I came across the coolest most wonderful people at Treasure Coast Auto Repair! Honest, helpful and always make you feel right at home. Rich is one of a kind always caring and searching for ways to save you money. Steph is a sweetheart and we always have good convos. Jr, Charlie and all the guys there are very experienced and knowledgeable! I am so grateful to have found them! ????
My Jeep broke down and I thought it was the battery. Nope, the alternator. I called them around 4 in the afternoon and before five a tow truck showed up, and my vehicle was fixed the next afternoon by 2! The owner is a doll and Stephanie took great care of me both over the phone, updating me by text message, and a warm and friendly greeting when I came to get my vehicle. Absolutely recommend!!!
