This place is spectacular. The food is always great, most of the time I get there on Sundays and it's the same people working - most are family members (some how or another) or grew up with the family.
They have a decent sized scratch kitchen in back, they are super friendly over priced and it has flavor (it does NOT taste like some busted broken down sauce.
**** update I went again last night and had the old world style (which I guess old world style = deliciousness), and it ROCKED... It was nothing short of phenomenal.
It's really nice to see a family business do so well by not cooking junk food.
I just went there again and everything I posted above is still true.
We all decided on pasta. Holy cow the portions are massive. I was pretty hangry and still took home over half. Complimentary bread was very good-appreciated the butter wasn't hard and easy to spread. Owner came by our table to check on us. Server and staff were all great. Server went over all the specials and gave us space as we took forever to decide. All of the dishes were amazing. Spag carbona was so delicious. I recommend adding the shrimp if you like shrimp-it soaked up the sauce nicely. Do not let the parking lot fool you. May be a bit dated inside but very clean and professional atmosphere . Prices seem comparable although portions more than make up for if you feel they are high. We felt prices were appropriate. Highly recommend reservations-we walked in and were able to be seated but we were there at 330. Highly recommend-we will return
Quite possibly the most unassuming, underhyped, and yet most amazing authentic Italian restaurant in the area. The food taste and quality are amazing. The portions are huge and the prices are great. Finally, the service is spectacular. Giuseppe made his rounds and visited with every patron, and was an absolutely excellent host. I'm not sure how I went so long without knowing this place existed, but now that I do, I will certainly be back. At my table, we had the Pasta Con Broccoli, the Cajun Seafood Pasta, The Tutto Mare, Caneloni, Calamari appetizer, and Tira Misu for desert.
Trattoria Giuseppe's restaurant is a hidden gem! The portions are incredibly generous, leaving you satisfied and happy. The wine selection is outstanding, with fruity and fresh flavors that perfectly complement the authentic Italian dishes.
The personal touch from the owner, who came out and shook my hand, added a delightful warmth to the dining experience. The cozy and inviting atmosphere made me feel right at home.
I highly recommend Giuseppe's to anyone seeking authentic Italian cuisine at an affordable price. It was a true treat, and I can't wait to return!
Fine if you go in. Don’t try ordering carry/out. If you get through on the phone? They act as if it’s a bother. They will put you on hold and never come back and they don’t apologize. They say they were busy even though you can hear their whole personal conversation going on in the background. When you go in to eat, the food is good and the owner is super nice.
A new favorite restaurant for our family! The pasta was absolutely delicious and the prices were amazing. There's no kids menu, but they can do a half order of any pasta or a smaller size pizza! This is a very family friendly restaurant, we have 2 young kids and we felt very welcome. The staff was very polite and friendly. We will definitely be returning!
Always our favorite place for authentic Italian food when we go visit our kids in that area. Joe and his wife always treat everyone like they are family when dining there. My husband loves their lasagna and I love their chicken muddiga. We have never had a bad meal or experience.
This restaurant is a secret gem! My husband and I had the potato soup. This by far was the best potato soup we ever had, seriously! The pasta is amazing. They have an extensive wine menu. The waitress was attentive and her recommendations was spot on. The owner is friendly and gracious. Highly recommend the restaurant. I also highly recommend making reservations.
