If I could give this place a -☆ I would 18 hr trip and a/c doesn't work most of the people in this bus are old people and a few kids.
They have trips every single day so I'm pretty sure they are making enough money to fix the a/c they just decide not to do it since no one is going to complain.
An amazing place to catch COVID-19! Definitely contracted it here on this bus going to Mexico during the New Years holidays last year, they don’t clean them at all. Also there was a group of women coughing near us. It’s like masks are optional here. Absolutely disgusting.

The seats are a bit snug but having charging stations on bus makes up for it. Also you get to your location fast. The bathrooms are clean. I hate to say this but when I got to Fort Worth To get on a van to OKC the old man was rude at putting our suitcases inside the trailer. My bag was in the wrong section of the bus and kept telling me those were all the Oklahoma bags even though I kept telling him no I saw my bag in the very front section. He told me well go ask the driver in a rude manner. The bus driver was kind and got my bag he actually listened to me.
