I was thinking really hard about how to rate this place. The service they provide is great because it is a convenient way to go from the US to Mexico but there was a lot that happened on the trip that made it less pleasant than what I expected. Beginning the trip, the office lady said to be there between 5 and 5:15. Got there on time and she wasn’t there yet so had wait for her to get there which was only a few minutes wait so that was ok. I was wanting a round trip ticket because I wanted to make sure that I hide my ride back but the lady informed me that once I knew the date I could call and reserve, she didn’t give me the option to buy a round trip ticket which I was later informed by the office in Mexico that you can reserve a round trip ticket and you save around $13 dollars which would have been good to know from the beginning. From Phoenix to the border everything went great, the driver was nice and stops gave you a chance to go to the restroom and buy a snack. Once at the border they drop you off and you have to cross the border walking so if you take lugagge and the weather isn’t the best you will struggle. My suggestion is don’t take lugagge except for a small tote with the necessary that way you have less of a hard time. Once crossing the border another van is waiting for you to take you to your destination and this is where the trip took a bad turn. The van had no air conditioning and it was around 100 degrees so we were dying and we were all crammed with pretty much no room to move around so it made it that much worse, they had two people sitting where there were actually no seats and the driver was on his phone a lot while driving so that to me is dangerous especially for the roads of Mexico. On the trip back the office lady was super nice and informative. The van ride was great on the way back to the border so I thought the ac thing on the other van was circumstancial but once crossing the border again walking once we got to the van that ac was not working properly so it was another 7 hour drive back to Phoenix in 90 degree weather. The driver was not the friendliest also, he was super strict which I get because of precautions that need to he taken but he was just giving so much attitude I don’t think it was necessary. I would love to use their service in the future because of the convenience and safety factor so I hope they better the quality of their service.
The customer service is terrible. The lady at the counter looks like she is mad and like we are riding for free. They don’t respect personal space they will put as many people as they can fit even if it’s unsafe or uncomfortable. Also as soon as we crossed the border to Mexico they literally put a PLASTIC CHAIR between the driver and front passenger and sat a Male adult there for the rest of the ride. So I would say reconsider using their services. I will never be using them again.
This is my third time using the company for transportation and I’m extremely disappointed. There is a driver who is much older who smokes so much and speeds when driving. When we were dropped off at the boarder to get into another van this old man asked for $150 so that I it luggage couldn’t be checked and from what I heard he keeps some of that money and he was being extremely rude because we were short by a few and he went to the where the luggage’s are at and said whoever has the biggest luggage has to pay more and it’s so wrong because it’s corruption!!! If the owners are strict with the drivers on the seat belt situation and the mileage they need to be strict on how they treat us as we pay for them to transport us it’s not free so it’s not fair that he was rude and expected more money from us not to mention. The van is not comfortable. I don’t see the owners upgrading for newer vans. The opinion of the riders is extremely important because we are what keeps the business going if we don’t use their transportation they don’t get money so I suggest these people read the reviews are they have horrible reviews here. At the end of the day they are the ones losing. I honestly from my experience don’t recommend coming here it’s horrible and this driver is the worst.
My words to describe Lozoya is disappointment! The workers and mainly the drivers have no respect for their clients. The place is very disorganized. No people skills and no respect. When it comes to bringing up an issue, they make you feel unwelcome and put as last priority. My family was loyal to them but not anymore. Not recommended at all
I used their services for the first time this past week end and it will also be the last one, as I'm sure it will be for a few others that traveled in the same shuttles I did.
You guys really need to inform your customers that they'll be crossing the border by foot, and about the exchange of shuttles on the other side.
Also, only one of the four drivers introduced himself and was very professional. He was the only one that told us which shuttle number we were supposed to get on once we would have crossed the boarder. The rest of the drivers really need to be trained on how to be more professional and not to speak so vaguely or at least to make sure that, they have the people that are supposed to be in the shuttle.
One more thing, if the customer is told that the shuttles leave at a certain time, be there at that time. Customers shouldn't be waiting an hour or more for a shuttle to be there.
I got to admit, you do have good prices and clean shuttles, but for those that are willing to pay a little extra, it is definitely worth it to use a different shuttle company. Seriously, for your own good, work on your customer service!
I would like to start we made reservations since Monday & then they told us to call again on Thursday to confirmed the reservations so we did & told the shuttle will be coming around 7:30am on Saturday, then they call us on Friday to confirmed the reservation & that for it was coming on Saturday, but then we call on Saturday just to make sure & they us that one of the shuttles was broken down & it was in the shop very last minute, on top of that they didn't have no other shuttles. So I wouldn't recommend them & they wouldn't tell us when the next one will be coming
Have driven to El Nogal in the past, which was pretty draining and not smart traveling alone luckily arrived safe. Since then have traveled a few times through this shuttle service in which I felt comfortable with experienced, considerate and very polite drivers introducing themselves, instructing on traveling rules, informing of stops along the way for bathroom use, purchasing of foods, seatbelt safety use handling all luggage with care in which I found professional and definitely felt safe traveling on. Highly do recommend these services. Thank you for your service, Great job! Hope you continue to expand ☺
Traveling from Phoenix to chihuahua. Was waiting for the shuttle since 6:45 they picked me up at 7:35. They over booked seats they sat 4 people in a 3 seater it's me my one month old daughter in a car seat and two other women. I called 24hours before to reserve two seats and I get sat down super squished it hasn't even been an hour and my hip already hurts. I have a family emergency so I had no choice but to take the ride. How the hell am I supposed to change my daughters diaper and how am I supposed to feed her like this. I can't put the seat belt on my daughter because I'm sitting on the thing where the seatbelt clicks. This is so upsetting. I'm going to call and talk to a manager this is truly upsetting!!
