This man should be classed as a national treasure. He is by far the most honest, most knowledgeable and most experienced mechanic I have ever come across in my life. No one wanted to touch my Mustang 2013 5.0 due to the complexity of the gear and other issues. He restored my gear and car back to new and way undercharged me. He is a saint and I would not trust anyone else with my car.
Was recommended by a local VW group garage to contact Transmission Technology for a S-tronic gearbox service for my Audi A5 TFSI earlier this month. Ken did the gearbox service in measured, methodical and calm manner. This gentleman is a mine of information on his profession as well as being an excellent engineer. The workshop could almost be likened to a laboratory with the necessary equipment tools and reference guides and was amazingly spotless. The appointment was worth the wait, the price was competitive, the service excellent and I recomnmend this company wholeheartedly. Cheers Ken.
Great guy, very helpful. I have been to him a few times now, first couple he was able to do no problem when others said it would be too difficult. With the latest issue, unfortunately he couldn't fix it, but instead he gave me numbers for people to sort it. Went above and beyond to make sure I could get my car sorted.

Excellent specialist gearbox service. Ken fixed the DSG issue on my VW, and kept me updated on the process as the work progressed. He was very professional and honest and I was very pleased with the work.
Ken is THE gearbox guru. Fixed an issue on my import Legacy that even Subaru "specialists" wouldn't touch. He had it completed before well before lunchtime. I won't hesitate to use him again, and can't recommend highly enough.
