You can, expect prompt service.
Sometimes you have to accept delay due to weather, traffic, life happens! If I need assistance and call the transit phone number the customer service is always very helpful. On a Saturday morning when their office was closed, I had to leave a message. Even then someone called me back that day to assist me.
Please get in contact with Google and update your routes and times. Way off!Some routes are not even listed.
