Shouldn't even get 1 stars. Your drivers are rude a theirs always something making them mad, you come to work with a smile on your face, most of the drivers don't.
I’m trying to get a job with them, I have a class A and B license but, didn’t the job because I don’t have a car and I catch public transportation. They want you to be able to work split shifts. I don’t mind working a split shift it would be hard for me to do that. I would be able to work it once I get a car, and I would be able to get one if they would work with me for a month!
This place is the best place to work. I had the best 19 months working for this company, and if I ever move back I would so ask to work here again. My co-workers were all awesome, helpful, and always there for each other, the people in charge the higher ups are awesome as well. I worked for a great company.
The angry black guy loading the busses on 2-4-22 has no business talking with any customers. The guy was disrespectful to myself as well as an elderly lady in line. We simply asked him a question. His aggressive, dismissive behavior was completely in professional.
I have been using this service since the middle summer this year and it has been going well. However I started work they became late every day. The first week they were on time dropping me off and picking me up. However this week they have been late almost everyday picking me up and dropping me off. I even had a driver cancel on me for some reason. I don't know what's going on but I hope they get it together soon.
I used to work for them when I became homeless the fired me. How heartless. Now I'm doing great and have a beautiful home on another state. Praise God for setting me free from such an ungrateful company that does not care about the drivers only the bottom line. God bless all the drivers at Transdev Notyh and South yard.
No wonder we have a lot of people are jobless here in Phoenix especially if they are depending on publictransportation like me. These buses are always late getting to the stop no matter where it is. I was late getting to workthis morning because the 43rd Ave bus was late getting to me so in turn I missed my next bus and had to wait 330 min for another bus. Y'all need to stress to these drivers how important it is to be on time to each stop. When they are late that makes everyonedepending on that bus late. That don't seem fair to those folks that are riding thebus.
