Tried calling to complain about rude woman who blocked my car in for 20 minutes after seeing me put my kids in car she carried on some conversation with someone then took another 20 minutes loading her passenger and talking crazy when she could have moved 3 inches for me to get out the parking spot. Respect and common sense would tell you not to park behind peoples cars or at least move especially when you hadn’t went inside yet for your passenger. She got a kick out of being disrespectful and someone needs to contact me. Why have numbers no answers!!???
One of their drivers passed me in a 30 mph zone doing well over that posted limit,in the bike lane even. He proceeded to race up the bike lane, weaving In and out for about a mile until I had to turn, continuing to speed and cut off drivers. I called the company and the corporate headquarters and haven't heard back at all, there was no reply. I wouldn't want my family or friends to be aboard a transport vehicle and be at risk because of this drivers lack of respect for laws and others. 2/19/24 8:55 A.M.
If I could give Transdev negative stars, I would! This service has always been bad but it has gotten significantly worse over the past few months. Drivers are rude, directionally challenged, incompetent communicators, and utterly unprofessional. There are a few good ones but they never seem to stick around. No surprise there. As for dispatch, they are almost as bad. They leave you on hold forever and then drop your calls so that you are put to the back of the call line. If all of this wasn’t bad enough, this service is chronically late and almost always leaves you stranded for hours. They are not empathetic and have no explanation as to why they can’t pick us up from work, school, etc. Mind you, this is not a free service. Every complaint that I’ve made has never been addressed and they have even shut down the complaint line. When you ask to speak to a manager or HR rep, they send you to dead lines or full VM boxes. Very disappointing and if I had the means to bring this to the press (wouldn’t be the first time) or to a court, I would.
They have some great drivers and dispatchers but there are days when they don't seem to care about getting you to your appointment on time. Doctors don't hold appointments for us so if we are late we have to reschedule but it's like Transdev just keeps saying that they are short staffed so they can't help it.
Always late. Arrival and departure. Had my friend on there for 2 hours. Almost missed her entire program. All they could say was they were running a few hours behind. No apology.
Absolutely horrible. There's no reason why a disabled person in a wheelchair should be left for hours waiting on a return ride. It's completely unacceptable. Someone with multiple medical conditions. And it's nearly impossible to get someone on the phone. It's not okay. And if there isn't enough staff stop accepting calls for rides and then leaving people with no way to get home. Jumping in a taxi or Uber is not an option for everyone. And now we're locked in the clinic with no way home. I know this has to be some kind of abuse. I will be contacting an attorney first thing tomorrow morning.
One day was an hour late and we tried getting ahold of someone for 25 minutes, no voicemail and no response for 25 minutes. Finally got a hold of someone and they said they would be 35 more minutes at least. Don’t accept rides if you can’t be on time. It’s absolutely ridiculous that they 1. Didn’t contact us about the late ride and 2. Didn’t answer for 25 minutes. Also ridiculous they were over an hour late.
Shout out to Yolanda Transdev driver thru Milwaukee Aging. Also recognizing the dispatcher - Yolanda and she worked together to help me out. They are a great team and I want to say Thank You to 2 kind and nice employees.
