Husband went to this shop 6/30/23 and spoke to someone was told to come back on 7/3/23 to drop off our 2015 Burban to have the transmission replaced. We arrived at the shop and same guy that he spoke to didn’t know what we were there for. Due to his bad customer service we too our business somewhere else and it actually cost us 450 instead of the 3200 we were quoted on 6/30

Kelly and his staff here know their stuff - Best Transmission shop I've ever been to. Had some problems with my 1968 Firebird with newer Transmission reading at the Speedometer - Everything else was working - Kelly and his crew did a Fantastic job - 100%

I have a Van i just bought thinking the transmission was gone bad..He didnt even know me. I called him and asked if he would work on my van and if i could make payments to him ..He said sure...he also said he would send a wrecker to get it...

He told me if transmission is bad it could cost up to $3000....

He called me back and told me transmission was good its the axle that broke... It only cost me $375.00.

Hes a very nice and caring. He will work with your problem.

I will keep my business with him.

I took my 05 CTS here and this guy is very straight forward with you which can come across as “untrustworthy” but it really was worth the price for a rebuilt transmission. He knew what he was talking about. Plus with the warranty I took it back once and it was honored. Haven’t had any problems with the transmission since.

Service was really bad my car wasn't ready in time when I need it he promised a three day and it took three weeks plus he vandalized my car with scratches as well as went inside my car . Nevertheless he fixed it and it runs decent but I will not even think to look that way ever again to get my car fixed from them I don't think no one should. He doesn't know what he is doing take your car to the guy in Terrell tx

These guys rebuilt the tranny on my baby 01 expedition about 7 years ago and I'm mean to her. I've been pulling boats and racing her with no problems. Thanks guys I'm writing this review now because I'm sending y'all my mother in law with her old chevy.
