Great customer service. Had an issue with a mobile repair man. Did nothing for me and let me on the side of the freeway $450 later. Came to Trailer parts and Repairs of Fresno right away knew exactly what I needed and had me up and running in les than 24 hours. I will be driving my trailers 6 hours just to have them become our main trailer servicer.

I was looking all over for trailer parts when came upon trailer parts service. When I called I spoke to Erick and he was trying extremely hard to meet my needs. He was calling his contacts for my special parts and kept me up to date as to what he could help me with. If I need parts again I will be calling him because I was unable to find what I needed in the central coast area.

The shackles on my RV that connect to the leaf springs broke while camping on a holiday weekend. Every local part place was closed until Tuesday when I had to be back at work. After driving around for 2 hours and cold calling places, I came across FTP. Ramone answered and after describing my situation, he told me he would come in to the closed shop to help me. We drove an hour and he was there with what we needed. He really did save the day. I will drive to Fresno every time in need trailer parts because he did that for me.
