After many years without teeth, encouraged by my children, I decided to go to the dentist. The receptionist was very nice, and Dr. Aguiar was very kind, calm, patient, the assistants were kind. A month later, I already had teeth that I was very proud of. I will be back soon to check. Thank you to the staff, but especially Dr. Aguiar! I will recommend you to everyone I know!
Was very anxious about apt. New patient, receptionist was adorable, so sweet, and Dentist Dr David Aguar (apology for spelling) was such a gentleman, so kind, patient, lovely - as was his dental assistant. Am so happy to go back in a months time. Thank you for accepting me on to your books.
Dentists for me are generally quite a scary thing but the friendly receptionist and the lovely Dr Patel always put me at ease. They work quickly and efficiently and they do a great job. Thanks a million guys! Tami
The receptionist was full of contempt and rude. No compassion when I told her I had been sick and could not attend my appointment.
"you don' t get a second chance here" I was told when trying to get another one booked. They expect their clients to attend, wether you have covid or a bad flu..too bad.
This surgery sounds like it is managed by incompetent staff judging by all the bad reviews. AVOID plenty good ones in Brighton!
The main receptionist there is a very stroppy and impatient person. Whilst filling in personal information on the surgery device, she was really frustrated as I was trying to thoroughly read everything before filling in or signing. Her attitude was appalling and disrespectful. The dentist however, was a wonderful person
Very disappointing experience, the dentist was in a hurry, not attentive and caring at all. In and out in less than 2 minutes, he didn’t even look at my teeth properly. I mentioned I need a filler and he kept on saying he can’t do it today, he can’t do anything today because he’s busy. I wouldn’t recommend this practice at all.
Lovely people who were very kind and welcoming. Gemma was particularly nice and helped me get a quick appointment. Overall I could feel that they care about patients and they are not in the business just for profit, which is the norm these days. I definitely recommend them.
My family and I had had our first appointment today. My children were very anxious. What can I say! The friendliest receptionist I have ever met and the Dentist and nurse made me and my children very welcome, explained everything and kept us all calm. Thank you!
