Honestly people, DO NOT BUY! The Black Friday deals are there just to grab your attention.

Update; 06/12/2022 refund still not received. Bank not aware of any refund request. Tyres have not been received.
AVOID! Tyres ordered three weeks ago and still not received. Was also sent a link to what seems like a fake courier and tracking site (no actual direct contact from couriers). All uncontactable. Certainly appears a scam to me. Have requested a full refund. Will pursue refund through credit card fraud team and report to trading standards if I don't hear back. Please read other negative reviews and note the details of the positive ones that all appear a little suspicious.... Shall update review in due course with outcome....
I also fear that I am one of the victims after reading the recent reviews suggesting a scam. With no confirmation from them other than the automatic order email, I tried to contact them by email and phone without success.
I should have been more vigilant before rushing into what I thought was a good deal and a Google search of reviews would have been more prudent. Indeed all the 5* reviews are 2 weeks old. Very suspect!

No refund has been done except an email saying they will do so.

When I contacted my bank, I learned that the payment was recurring, which I obviously did not authorise. This means that even if you block or report a problem with one payment, others can be made automatically.
BE AWARE
Only 5* Reviews, and all with the same spelling mistake (tires instead of tyres), and all in the space of 2 months? Anyone would think they were fake. I ordered tyres online, paid for them and received nothing. Payment was taken, but no order confirmation, emails aren't answered and phone number goes to an engaged tone every time. Currently in dispute with my credit card company to recover the cost. Avoid.

To be fair, the order has now been refunded, however, the only correspondence I received was the response to my Google review, and an auto-generated refund message, so still one star.

Too good to be true, prices are too cheap, placed an order, then tried to call them, no answer , seen the reviews and realized its a scam. Luckily they refunded my money.
Response over email was good so I thought I would ask about going to their premises and buy from them directly. No Answer !
Update, Please have some honesty and stop this dirty scam, I have got all proofs and I will file a case with company house to investigate all your dodgy work !
ordered tyres (or should it be tires!!) ordered on 31st Oct And its been a nightmare. IT IS A SCAM SITE in case you haven't seen all the other reviews now. I contacted my bank as only paid by debit card not credit. But i spoke to the fraud dept. at Santander and they have been great and i received my money back today. Ended up getting some real tyres from 'Just Tyres' who where great.
Complete and utter scam. My partner placed an order and recieved no email confirmation and obviously no tyres, but money was taken.
No response to email or phone calls.
5 star reviews are blatantly fake and from fake accounts.
Lesson learnt by us to research a company better before parting with our money.

Update again to respond to reply: no there hasn't been a refund or contact made.
Order placed on November 22nd, chased on December 2nd, oddly received an email on December 3rd saying tyres had been despatched but could not use the track my order link. I have emailed daily since to ask for an update but no response to email. It is now December 8th and I have no tyres and no idea if or when they will arrive so it's a good job I am not desperate otherwise I could be risking a large fine for illegal tyres. Having read some of the more recent reviews on here it seems my only option is to try and get my money back. I will be reporting this shower to Trading Standards in an effort to stop anyone else getting scammed. All the good reviews on Google spell tyres the American way, should have rang alarm bells before I ordered but you live and learn. After discovering this morning that the website has been taken down I have now reported this company and individual director Sandro Balbiani to both Trading Standards and the police fraud squad. I recommend others to do the same, it might not help me get my money back of this thief but hopefully will prevent him from setting up again and conning anyone else.
