Non-towered airport. Runways in good condition. Self serve fuel at a good price. Small pilot lounge is pretty good for an airport this size. Bathroom facility is new, and super clean.
Pilots using the airport to practice aerodynamic movements during weekend and close to residential areas, causing excessive noise and pollution. The Airports and Tracy City's response is very poor.

Great place and friendly staff, we were there for the Halloween celebration and it was great, the kids had a great time, it is always amazing to see the airplanes so close and be able to ask questions.
Good airport. Not a busy hub, but has plenty of parking spaces, a nice fuel island. A distinct lack of ANY shade, it's extremely sparse. That's pretty much the only downside to my visits there.

Don't How much they care but The city should fix the road leading up to the Tracy Airport It is very bad
What? It's just an airport for pilots to respectfully use together? No tower? So interesting!
