Fast and knowledgeable about the work they do.
Called and made an appointment to have a muffler welded in on Aug-19, Appointment was for Aug-26, 9:00am. I show up, they don’t know about the appt and say they can’t do it at all today, very stressed employee, not a good environment. I highly recommend going elsewhere. I never leave reviews, stay away from this shop.

Jeff at Trackside Auto helped me with a out of state pre-purchase car inspection. He was prompted at returning my call, stayed in touch with me thru the process frequently thru phone calls and text. He worked directly with the dealer to arrange inspection within 18 hours of my call. He did a thorough inspection and provided great feedback. I would trust him going forward to work on my cars and highly recommend him for service.
We've used this business before and they've always been friendly, today was very different, the guy was so hateful and rude. I think he was sleeping in the shop and was ticked that we woke him up. I will be searching for a different muffler place to use.

Called there about some problems with my exhaust and the guy had a huge attitude with me about it. No longer doing business with them. Go to Ron's muffler if you want a good exhaust and he wont get attitudes with you.
