Charged over $1000 to fix an issue with 2 warning lights and a check engine light. First time I drove the vehicle after I got it back both warning lights and check engine light came back on, so they charged over $1000 to do absolutely nothing. Vehicle is doing same exact thing I took it in for.
Jerry the service advisor was great. I cannot think of a thing he could've done better. So nice and courteous. Very knowledgeable. Explained everything in detail. He is such an asset to Gettel
No one likes to come to get their vehicle worked on. But the service center at Toyota of Lakewood is one that is very comfortable and open. Your not shoved in an enclosed waiting area next to others. The service agents are always ready to assist you with any information that you need.
Ben in service is always great at making sure my prius is kept up! He is proactive and explains everything in detail every time! I never feel pressured and have always been happy with my service. Thank you Ben!!!
Came in with what I thought was going to be a serious issue to check engine light on collision warning light on steering assist light on all sorts of other issues a service advisor Chris morelli got it taken care of got it in the shop technician Brett found one wire bad did a quick fix on it but the new connector on it and I was out the door in an hour and a half outstanding could have been worse could have been a whole wiring harness

The best service I have ever had at a Toyota Service Dept. Patrick Fiore was incredible! Went in for an oil change and needed to add in an interior air filter after I got there because I had quite smoking and wanted my car to smell better. Not only did Patrick save me from an unneeded oil change, he also saved me money on my cabin air filter by getting me a special they were running on a a/c refresh. The a/c refresh included the cabin filter along with cleaning the a/c itself (?) And oh my what a difference! It's now been 2 days and my car smells new again, no more nasty smoke smell. Patrick also found a nail in my rear tire and got me an awesome price on a new one and gave me quotes for other services I will need to have done soon. Overall, for the first time I felt like I wasn't being rushed or ripped off! I will definitely ask for him from here on out. Thank you Patrick!
