My wife and I stopped for breakfast on our way back from a Bull Shoals fishing trip. We are glad we did as the ham steaks (yes TWO are in the photo), crispy hash browns, eggs perfectly cooked, biscuit and gravy filled us up and rubbing our belly full. The servers are friendly and the kitchen is fast!
Beyond delicious food. It was pretty quick, the atmosphere was very friendly and the employees were small town kind. One lady gave an elderly gentleman her number and asked him to call if he didn't go in for a couple of weeks or before. She said she's been known to check on people that she hadn't seen in days to be sure they are okay.
That kind of caring is unheard of these days.
Great little place. Tasty food and friendly service!
On more than one occasion, I have found myself driving the streets of Harrison on auto-pilot. When life is being particularly hard and you just feel like if you could go somewhere; somewhere you could feel safe and welcomed and get a REALLY good cup of coffee and could feel at peace for just a moment. Townhouse Cafe has been that place for me for various reasons. I know when I walk thru the door, whether I am still wearing pajamas and last night's dinner, or dressed up for a parade, that Casey will smile, remember be my first name and be glad to serve me a yummy meal. They take pride in their jobs, and it shows. Townhouse Cafe obviously has well-priced and delicious food. Their staff are some of the best around, and they support their community. #longlivetownhousecafe

My husband and I were super impressed by Townhouse Cafe. We had stopped in Harrison at their boot shop on the town square--loved that place--extremely nice sales staff and excellent selection, and then we found this absolute GEM for lunch. During our visit, the day before Thanksgiving, several folks came in picking up their orders of Thanksgiving pies and desserts. Everything I had a taste of was excellent-- grilled chicken with ranch/cheese/bacon, green beans, salad with house made ranch, fries, club sandwich, potato salad, chili, and this amazing apple pie cooked inside a creme brulee cheesecake!
I have seen this café for a long time. Passing by it, not knowing much about it. Today, I had my car in the shop, so I walked downtown and finally went in. Great breakfast! Very tasty! I was full and left very satisfied and full. The price of my meal was pocket change. The waiter, he's a cool dude! Home-like atmosphere. Great cooks, I see them in the back doing their thing with smiles on their faces. Need to go somewhere that doesn't look like much at first, but you HAVE to at least try this place one time. It's like a little secret that maybe a lot of people just don't realize that I have found my new café.
Always me and wife's go to breakfast place. They have gluten-free options for her. It's a small restaurant so setting can be difficult. We actually had to leave once because of this. And while in the restaurant I have witnessed this same situation. Get there early and enjoy.
Ordered the patty melt with onion rings and ranch, then got a slice of Arkansas possum to go because I was stuffed after eating only half my order! The food was incredible but where I was won over was the onion rings. They're real, thick, crunchy and a touch spicy. They looked so good that the couple who sat across from me couldn't stop staring and ordered some for their appetizer before they opened the menu. That pie though!! So many layers that I didn't know pies could have. Made in house from scratch and they always offer something different than the last visit. You can even order whole pies for the holidays! The decor is vibey, an aesthetic nod to the flea markets that are wildly popular here. Will definitely spend many a lunch hour here in the future. Oh and shout out to my waitress Kasey, who's positivity made my visit that much more enjoyable!
