My 2011 Ram 1500 started to overheat on I-95, I had already passed Lumberton and was about 45 minutes away when I found a safe exit and called the radiator shop I found on google with decent reviews.
The lady that answered the phone was kind , understanding, and told me how to get my truck to them by adding water and turning the cap just a little bit !
As soon as we arrived, we were attended, and within 5 minutes, my truck was being looked at. The radiator had a crack, and a price was quoted, a price i found very fair considering it was close to 3:30 pm and the manager / owner ( not sure I apologize) said he would put two mechanics on it and would try his best to have us back on the road before closing time.
A little after 5:10 p.m., he had my truck fixed and ready to go. Without a doubt, a life saver !

Awesome place! My son is in Lumberton for work and his car started to overheat. It was after hours but T&C Radiator responded to my plea for help via Facebook messenger and had my kiddo drop off the car. The next morning they called to let me know they had his keys and would take care of it! They fixed a couple of belts and got my son back on the road!! Thank you so much for your help and honesty! Great customer service and work!
