Best KPortal Reviews

Food was great and the staff is super friendly. Will be visiting here often while in the area! The pancakes were amazing and the steak had a great taste. The omelet was great and tasted amazing. The sausage patties were HUGE AND THICK and tasted wonderful. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
I enjoyed Mothers Day breakfast with part of my family and everyone was pleased with our meals and service.
5 people with 5 totally different types of food and not one of us was happy with our food, had one meal sent back and replaced....and they didn't like that meal either and I don't consider any of us to be picky. It just seems like the cooks don't care about the quality of the ingredients or the preparation, but the waitresses were at least trying to cover for them.I want small business to survive, but taste your own food and have honest people try it for you,and if you need to make changes to stay in business, make those changes. We will come back and try again discreetly in 3 months and hope it's improved, and if so I will take this review down and write a new one.
Went here for breakfast/brunch on Sunday, prices were higher than I expected, but portions were large enough to make up for it. We had all our kids split a plate, (8 of them). The server was polite, and the service was very quick. For as many plates as our table ordered, it felt like no sooner than we all ordered, the server was returning to the table with the food.
Only real disappointment was that for what seemed like an otherwise classic diner, they did not have some classic foods on the menu. I was wanting some good biscuits and gravy but that's not even on their menu.
I had a BLT with French fries and chicken noodle soup. The soup was delicious
I had a breakfast skillet and it was a good portion, especially for the low prices on the menu. Also, it was a rare time that my request for extra crispy hash browns was actually accomplished. My only mild quibble is i didn't know the toast would come with margarine because I only like butter, and would have preferred being offered the choice of either getting dry toast, or paying a nominal upcharge for real butter.
Be advised, the restaurant ONLY takes cash or checks, which I didn't know until preparing to pay.
Waited over 45 minutes to order, didn't have oatmeal or biscuits at 930 on a Saturday, had nothing else on the menu I could get for my 10 month old. After we FINALLY ordered, food came out way too quickly (like 10 minutes) no way should 6-7 different meals take that short amount of time when it took 45 minutes to order. Service is slow and bathrooms are filty
Have eaten here for years. Food and service continues to be fantastic.
